    As a native MN boy I don’t think I’ve ever spent the summer counting down the days until winter.

    Good video.
    What about injuries to small guard's?

    I'm hoping he is tougher than Young. I would look at him as a poor man's Ja Morant or a quicker Mike Conley. With Rudy and Naz to set screens for him and then you have guys like KAT, Naz or Ingles to toss out to the corner three. I also think that his play should help Miller get going. They seem to play that way.

    If he turns out like Kemba we're in for a treat

    His rookie season will be streaky but I think he breaks out in his sophomore year.

      Yeah I feel like we’re gonna see some moments that kinda reinforce his potential but there will be some rough nights for sure.

      Seems to be the most likely outcome. Most small guards take half a season at least to get acquainted with the nba game

    Brilliant work as usual! It's obvious that you put a lot of effort into these and it pays off.

    My real concern is longevity. Conley is an outlier for how long he's lasted at his size (height/weight combined). A lot of small guards who rely on explosiveness for speed/jumping really go downhill by age 30, and most players don't really come into their own until age 27. I'm excited for Dillingham, but I am skeptical about how much he'll contribute this year (or even the next 2-3). I think he's really good and has a ton of potential. I just think we're getting too hype about a rookie who was picked 8th in a draft most people consider one of the weakest in a generation. I want to be wrong, desperately.

      I think it’s fair about the longevity. They usually burn bright then burn out. I’m probably a little more bullish on how quickly he can get there because of the team structure around him but it’s always hard to predict what carries over from college and what doesn’t.

    DEFENSIVE LIABILITY !!!!!! he will be Brandon Jennings at best

    • @Dilemina
      @Dilemina Месяц назад

      Uhhhh... Brandon Jennings was a pretty great rookie (50 pt game I think), all rookie team and (3rd place) just behind Stephen Curry in ROY award voting his rookie year. Thats pretty nice to build off of.
      Brandon Jennings got an achilles problem after a trade and never regained his mojo.

    He's closer to Curry than Ice Trae. If he works hard and gets physically stronger he could become very special in today's Curry Era.

      Although I see your point, I think he's actually alot closer to Tray. However, if he can be as good as Tray with handles & playmaking & the outside shot(better shit with higher efficiency than Tray) he's gonna be a great player offensively with ANT. Defensively he's gonna be as bad as Tray. Hope having ANT, KAT, NAZ & Other shooters around makes his life easier than Tray's in Atlanta.

    Young is unparalleled in shot creation for a small guard? Laughs in Steph Curry.

      Steph at 6’3” and Young at 6’0” the only reason. Was trying to keep the small guard label more in line with guys in Dillingham’s size bracket.
