      This is a Gas One propane burner. We absolutely love it. I have 3 propane burners and this is hands down the best one! Completely overachieves any other burner that I have used! 😃

    Great harvest. I was really worried about my potatoes since they started dying off early. So I went and harvested one plant and got 4.8lbs off that one plant. I think we will be good. I planted 8 red potatoes, 8 russet potatoes and 8 kennebec potatoes. Hopefully they all produce this much. Thanks for sharing with us.

    How long did you pressure them? I want to try myself with the potatoes were about to dig up. Thank you

    That was a good harvest! I love canning our food! This year I used alfalfa pellets in my garden and the plants took off! It was amazing!

      Oh that is a good Idea too! Was just talking to a co-worker about adding blood meal to my beds for next year. I like the alfalfa pellet method too!

      @GagneFarms  4 месяца назад +2

      Yes we are going to dehydrate some as well as freeze some hopefully. Still is bit bitter so we are going to let it bleach out a little while longer.

    Y’all have done great! I really liked watching the cabbage… I have a small to medium crock but it’s different. It doesn’t have the water overflow on the top like yours… wonder if I could do sauerkraut I. My crock?

    Happy Friday! I was wondering where you got your burner for outdoor canning

    • @GagneFarms
      @GagneFarms  4 месяца назад +2

      I got it from Gas One. It is so much easier to use than just a normal turkey fryer. I use it for so many things around the homestead it's not even funny! I will try to find a link and put it in the description for you.
