    Great job! We love to blanch and freeze our carrots. We bought 30lbs locally. Last year we canned but were not a fan. Thanks for joining #preservefresh !

      We did that this year with pinto beans. We bought in bulk from the local elevator and canned them up. So delicious! 🫘

    Save all the skins and boil and drain. Then save broth and use that broth for onions,and calery and freeze broth that was strained peals and you can have quarts of registered broth to use for cooking. Waste nothing and have everything
