Can I combine Z stacks in X and Y forming a new image ? I have a stack of volume z for different X and Y positions and I would like to form a new image with these images like side by side. Image J does that ? lets say my each image has 30x30 pixels then the next image with same size needs to start where the other ends

Do you mean the microscope image file itself. I captured the image as XYZ
