Welcome to my channel. I am delighted you visited my channel. I just completed my PhD in Molecular and Cellular Fingal Biology. I did a lot of microscopy and image analysis during my research. @karamafisa3933 no loophole. They will ask you to pay it back if you choose to stay, which is not a problem if you can come to terms with that. But you can't tell them at the beginning because they will not select you if they know that.

So, what is the biological relevance of this graphical plot?
A profile plot is usually used when a researcher wants to know the proximity of two closely localized proteins or reporters. Also, it can be used to show the expression level of a particular protein, especially when comparing the expression of a wild-type versus a genetically modified strain.

Yes, you can! You just need to click on Image > Color > Merge. Then, select the respective channel and click (Make Composite or OK).
@AliceritaE great video unfortunately it came out soft and didnt harden , Should heat be high or medium ? im i missing something ?
It suppose to be soft to be flexible. Medium heat then reduce to low. Don't flip it until the top look dry.

Hi Alicerita, I have 24 different samples with images of several staining for inflammatory cells. I wan to count the number of cells in each sample but I also want to maintain the same size of area but my images are stitched images of varying sizes. How can I keep the counting area size consistent across samples?
You can use the free hand selection tool to specify which region of the cell you want to count. Or crop the images to same size first, before then counting.

If you follow the step-by-step I showed in this video, the rectangle should be automatically duplicated for you to move to the next lane.
