Thank you so much Alice! I would really appreciate your help with an issue I have. My project involves analysing the intensity of a receptor on neurons. My images basically show fluorescent staining of a specific receptor on a large group of neurons. From the image alone, I can see that the intensity of the receptor is greater at the cell body compared to the axons/dendrites but that just a qualitative observation. How would you recommend I compare the regions(cell body and axon) quantitatively? Should I use the free hand tool and draw on the different regions or would you recommend a better method? I just want to make sure my analysis are accurate and representative. Thank You🙏 Sorry if my explanation isn't clear. I am very new to Fiji
Hi Manami, I think it is possible but the only thing that came to mind is that you might have to split the video into frames before the quantification.
