Hiii, Alicerita! whenever I use Fiji to analyze the particles in my image, I set it to exclude images that are on the edges, but it still considers them. Has the same thing happened to you? Could you help me?
@@AliceritaE My dear, I don't even know how to thank you! *.* Fiji only considers the elements on the edges if I crop the image, but since the analysis is being done by macro, I think it's impossible. And cropping image by image, manually, is out of the question, since there are so many images =T I'm eagerly awaiting the tutorial, all the best

For my images, just checking the "exclude on edges" option wasn't working. Why? I don't know. maybe it will work for another collection of images anyway, I appreciate the guidance, you always help me. all the best!

You don’t have to crop. I’ve shown you the single step you need to include in your macro to automate the analysis. The video is now online.
