    Sadly this doesnt work with images that have different sices, as i end up with black bars

      Hi,
      I'm sorry you're experiencing that. I think the reason for the black bars might be due to different sized images.
      I have experienced this myself.
      In other to prevent the black bars, crop the images using same ROI and then, combine them together into stack.
      Then repeat the montage, the black bars should be gone.
      Please let me know if this solution works for you

      @@AliceritaE I found a soluition working with Inkscape. Cropping was sadly not an option for me, as i have to measure areas and this would skew the total area measured.
