I love this. I noticed you didn't pour all the rice once. Pls is there any reason you were scattering them into the Pot? Pls why did you also pour the hot water in the middle of the rice? Can I use just cold water?

Hi, no there was no reason, that was just my method of pouring in the rice. It is best to use hot water and I poured it in the middle of the rice just because it spreads to the sides from the middle. Thank you.
