for the spinning girl, you need to keep changing perspective, pause it and imagine the leg that you thought was her leg facing the back, is now facing you. she will then move in that direction. once you think her outstretched leg is facing you, pause, and make your mind think it is facing the back, and her direction will change

1. Squint your eyes (some times makes her go faster)
2. Squeeze your face (put hands at the sides of you face and squeeze but it won’t always work)
3. When it looks like the legs are touching imagine the stretched out leg is actually facing the back/front
4. Wave your hand at the screen (doesn’t always work)
5. Focus on her head only (or feet for other people)
If you do these enough she will change direction on her own! Isn’t that crazy?

Yes it does if you don’t look at the picture at all until it turns black and white then it’s black and white, you were still looking at the colors which caused you to see them a little when the picture changed. It works.
