4-10? That’s ridiculous, she obviously doesn’t show any remorse.

Unless there is an element of self defense or other mitigating factors, this is patently ridiculous. Why couldn't the prosecutor make a better case?

It all depends on who you kill. Had she done this to a different Race of Woman in Summerlin or Green Valley, it be different. Black on Black Crime does these people a favor🤷🏾‍♂️

If you do not like the laws CHANGE THEM!. Go LEGISLATE, talk to your state representative to change laws, GO LOBBY. The judge goes by what the law entitles them to give a person for their sentence. They HAVE at their discretion to give a certain number for the sentence, but ULTIMATELY it's what the LAW sets forth for them to make a decision on then it's their discretion. GO LOBBY, go to the legislation.

@@Chris-ku1gz LIke i said, it's the Judge's discretion to give the lenth of a prison sentence... it's the attorney/prosecutor to give the recommendation going by WHAT THEYRE ALLOWED TO by LAW. It's the discretion of the judge how to APPLY/SENTENCE someone..... that is the law... the law gives the discretion to the judge.
