She should of got life with out parole
At least she got a real sentence. 43 years is all her life. She'll come out a senior citizen with nothing as her family will likely pass away and she doesn't have any children to bail her out in her old age.
That prosecutor said it bests, if she had just minded her business...
SHE DESERVES EVERY YEAR GIVEN TO HER FOR THE DEATH OF THIS GUY.
NO I DIDN'T KNOW HIM, .BUT SHE KILLED HIM FOR NO REASON AT ALL,.
People carry guns with them with the idea that it's for protection, but so many of these people don't have the emotional control to handle everyday situations, and they end up shooting someone and going to prison. Best way to not shoot someone and go to jail is to not carry a gun in the first place.
Or maybe force people to do multiple psych evaluations and what not before having the right to bare arms. I understand wanting to be able to own a gun. It’s a dangerous world we live in, mass shootings, gang related crimes , cult crimes and so on.. mentally sick people , people get their hands on illegal firearms so I get it 100% , but maybe their should be more precautions on being able to own a legal firearm like multiple psych evaluations and teaching people about the law and what not.

From what was said in the trial, she told him, “now you need an ambulance “. 😞

I honestly don't think this was racial. It was someone who was just waiting to be the person who did a citizen's arrest.
