The justice system isn't a failed system it is a corrupted system. We arent experience all of the societal problems that we are because the Governments made an "oopsie!", it's because the Governments WANT things to be this way. If the Government truly wanted crime to go down and justice to be served, then that is what would happen. But that isnt what they want. They want as much money and power as possible and the only way to get more of those things is to make people as dependent on them as they possibly can.

💯 I am proof. Caseworker was charged with 32 count's of wrongful imprisonment; minor.
That was 6 years after we quit fighting the state, because 2 full anger management programs, with diplomas from both and CBT over the course of 2 year's. .
So 8 year's total after first contact with the state.
The first contact, a child was illegally seized and taken from our residence. The child was returned the next day. I despise what this system is and has become.
When My wife and I (yes our son, we are still together almost 20 years now) received a call from his adoptive mother, crying "Please don't take him" We were confused, then the State contacted us. All we could do was file criminal charges on the case worker and take immediate custody of the child. After debating it, and thinking about the child 1st, we let his adoptive family keep him, and they never told him about any of it.
      He turns 18 this year. . .

If he didn't have his dad, his thought pattern and rationalization would be quite different I bet. His mother would have tried telling him that it isn't as bad as they make it out to be in the movies, and many parents who are not only addicted but are major dealers will start giving their kids the drugs amazingly early. It becomes a part of life, as going to jail for a few months tops.

The little I had kept, when the police got there, she tried to say it was all mine. Im 23 now, and shes clean, doing okay.. But... I can say that I will never truly be able to trust or love my mom the way I did when I was a kid. This is just one of the last instances she put me through. I dealt with her my entire life. I just got dragged back into AZ family court by my sons mother last month because I wont give her CASH beyond the $500/mo I pay in support. Now she is asking for full custody and NO parenting time for me. She wrote LIES in her petition and slandered my whole family as well as claimed that my house was half burned and should be condemned (my house is very nice and nicer than any of her families houses). I countered with documentation showing pictures of my house inside and outside and documents that show she was still currently under CPS investigation in CA for an injury to my sons testicles when he was 1 (he is 13 now). She was just denied a job due to a bad background check involving the CPS investigation against her, she lives in AZ with our son and I live in CA. I drive to AZ every few months and stay at either a hotel or my sisters house there in town in her extra room. I also pointed out her previous arrest record for drunkend assault with her ex in front of our then 6 year old son. I have no record of any sort on myself. I then stated that accusers have the burden of proof and that she only made claims with no documentation while I gave proof and documents. The judge wouldnt even look at or acknowledge the CPS or arrest issues and took her lies and leaned on me, gave her emergency orders and is making me go through mediation to get my rights observed. The family court system supports a NO FATHERS in the home agenda. You cannot win without a lawyer and I live check to check, I cant afford a lawyer. sucks. But I think it sucks a lot more for my son though, THAT is what really hurts me.

A male raised with his mom is more emotional and more likely to lash out without thinking things through. A man thinks things through and sets emotions aside. This is not me talking. Many many studies show this fact as true. This is why a women would make a horrible POTUS. I have nothing against women as I'm married for 29 years now with a son and daughter. It’s crazy how for certain demographics’ crimes (inc ones that DONT involve child endangerment or neglect) their exploits are published by the media the same week or day in cases. Others for some reason take almost two years to become public knowledge. We all know why, we all know why she posted bail asap and why she was allowed to violate that bail, why she was given probation and later violated those terms, again. There’s no accountability in this case. Slap after slap on the wrist, I’m sure when she weighs up her next sale all her red marks will be an annoyance to her? What a joke. Also pay attention to how kind and courteous the police were with her; “Are those cuffs okay?” They even let her put on warmer clothes but had no sense to even put a jacket on the boy? Very disappointed.

I disagree. Children do not need to be subjected to a toxic, dangerous, or criminals just because they made a child.
The child DESERVES better. Sometimes, not having that person in a child's life is FAR better.
I have had custody of 1 of my grandsons since he was 3 mo. old. His mom was smoking heroin, bf (not the father) was on meth and both were committing shoplifting, theft, credit card fraud, etc.
The sperm donor was also using meth.
When she was arrested for being high on heroin and nodding out with the baby in the car, we were given emergency custody.
She never complied with court orders required get him back, failed to show up for numerous hearings, and announced she was pregnant by the current meth head on the day she failed to show for the final hearing. That child was born on the spectrum, and while both admitted to using heroin and meth before and during the pregnancy, neither thinks the drug use played a factor.
She popped out another one 13 mo. later.
Tried to get both parents in rehab, get jobs, and bought a 30ft camp trailer for temporary housing for all 4. Still tried to help her build a relationship with her now 2 yr old.
It lasted all of 3 months, followed by more theft charges, domestic violence, NCO violations, assault, grape of a child 3, and drug possession.
The bf graped her little sister (14).
Mom tried to get NCO and assault charges (for her and the kids) dropped on bf and tried to tell the courts he was a good dad, and that he told her that he (28) did make a mistake and had sex with her little sister, but it was totally consental and she came on to him.
He only got 13 mo. in prison.
She is still trying get NCO dropped so he can see his kids and they can "be a family."
CPS has been contacted several times. (Not by us) so far, the system sees her as the lesser of two evils.
She's seen her oldest son maybe 6 times in the last year and constantly makes plans to see or call him, and then doesn't. Because of this, we rarely get to see our other 2 grandsons.
If she calls, he can talk with her. If he wants to call, we let him. When he wants to try and visit "the brothers" at grammas house, we try. He talks more about wanting his brothers than to see her.
He will be 8 in a few months.
The sperm donor hasn't tried to see or contact him since he was 18 months old.
As of right now, our oldest grandson has my wife and I, his aunt, uncle, and his great gramma as his nuclear family.
His mom and 2 half brothers have been living with my ex's parents for almost 2 years now, doesn't pay any rent, works only part time, collects welfare but "gets annoyed" that she's expected to do housework there.
No one can tell me that he's better off having either one involved in his life at this point.
It's almost always a $hit show or disappointment for him.
It's hard to say that about your own child, but we had and still have to put our grandsons safety and needs first.
I hope someday she will pull her head out and actually try to be a positive person in his life. I have no such illusions about the donor.

He’s a brave little man. I feel for him and his father. What kind of judges do we have today?

The lack of accountability for women who commit crimes is getting really annoying its all about equality any other time.

non-violent crime.... why should she be in prison over that??
and dont give me a hypothetical situation that NEVER happened, like "well she could have" or "xyz COULD HAVE happened"
b/c i COULD crash my car ANY day i drive it...doesnt mean you go to prison for something that COULD HAVE happened.
so please... help it make sense.
Sher lost her kids, went to jail, its on her record, and now she has no custody of her kid(s)....... This is a win, win for everyone. Even the druggies get their dealer back, rofl

Has nothing to do with equality. Women deserve human rights.

    equality......
good job dad for fighting for your son and teaching him to have integrity even when it involves family. a lot of work and heartache but a FATHER has sole custody of his son and is able to protect him from a monster

SHAME! That's a TON of meth and cocaine!!! How is this possible?? I know first offenders who did jail and prison time for less amounts of weed. No kids involved either. Trifling.
Edit to add: Kid- you're amazing!! I'm so sorry you had to deal with this ❤ Glad you have a caring dad & stepmother ❤
