I guess she was fired for posting the video online. I personally couldn’t care less if she made that post. Maybe it will help some other bad parent by showing that they need to dress their child properly and that people are watching how they treat their kid. Even though the firing was for non compliance of company policy, she should not have been fired IMO. it could have been handled with a reprimand and warning not to do again or face firing.
Love the woman who put clothes on the child.

No it’s not shameful. She just opened Walmart up to a lawsuit. She put a child’s face on video. Now this idiot mother can sue Walmart for its employee’s actions. Walmart will likely settle than go to court. This did not need to be filmed. Call the police and/CPS and let them do their job. Stop trying to go viral. It will keep some in the unemployment line. Start using your heads. THESE EMPLOYERS WILL REPLACE YOU BEFORE YOU GATHER YOUR THINGS. 🤷‍♀️

I'm not a social worker, but I work for the Child Welfare division in another state. The items she's ticking off are some of the minimums they need to see for a safe home environment. But now she's crossed over to another category of abuse by neglecting the basic clothing needs of her child. Sounds like she needs to have mandatory parenting classes so she knows that there's more to it than just household minimums.

NO she got fired for filming instead of acting. In situations like this she should have notified her manager not filmed it. It's also an invasion of privacy filming it due to the paper you sign when you work for the corporation. It's one thing to film an altercation you have with someone to what this former employee did. To be honest she did this so she could be commended as a hero when she wasn't. She didn't act she filmed and lectured. The woman who got clothing was more the hero and true to helping the child. This video will actually scar the child further down the road when people recognize his mother and point it out what his own mother did to him.

Felicia Darling, the elderly man as well as the woman who provided the clothing are very appreciated in how they advocated and cared for the baby that was being physically abused. Walmart should at least pay her a severance pay and change their store policy to allow employees to film customers who are clearly engaged in criminal activities and to publicly post such videos of the crime. If their is no federal or state statue that prevents any employee from video recording and publishing a crime within or on store property then Felicia Darling may have a legal case against Walmart. 😮

The employee filmed the child and posted it to social media, after anything that could be done about the situation had already been done... it was done to shame the mother, and garner some clout for the employee. Do you really want employees filming you when you enter a store? Posting videos of you picking your nose? Scratching your butt? Buying Vagi-clean? If you allow it for one thing, you allow it for all. The PROPER way to handle the situation was to confront the mother, notify management, then authorities (if management did not)...then DROP IT.
