Excellent video. I had my prostate removed last week. Catheter comes out this afternoon. All good so far. Looking forward to pelvic floor exercises.

I had prostrate cancer 18 months ago and removed of the prostrate since i have had incontinence at my last review i found out that the exercisers was doing were wrong i have only now been referred to a pelvic floor phyiso thanks for this link i am in the uk.
