Stuffed Mushrooms, Eggrolls and Bread Pudding because I can

Hello my lovelies, I can't believe I survived the last two weeks! Today we are making three totally unrelated things- Stuffed mushrooms, eggrolls, and bread pudding with vanilla sauce because I live alone and I can eat whatever I want.
