I am glad you were at my family bakery Shwe Pu Zun. Btw.. Shwe Pu Zun was owned by Pwint Kaung & Brothers Co. at first. My grandfather (U Pwint Kaung) started the mass production of fish sauce & shrimp paste in Asia before Vietnam or Thailand like now. Gen. Na Win came in power he arrested my grandfather along with other successful business men & politicians in the country. Then my mom and my uncle start from the scratch selling cookies and ice-cream all handmade... now it became this. Talking about starting from the bottom.. can't get more bottom than this in my opinion. So this is the true story of Shwe Pu Zun brand switched from fish sauce to bakery & caf.. Trust me, if my grandfather was never jailed. You will see his fish sauce bottle in every grocery store across the world by now. My uncle is working on many prjects to expand Shwe Pu Zun but you will see Shwe Pu Zun coffee in ur coffee mugs sooner or later. So thanks for the support and stay tune :)
