Sorry to hear that! Depending on the type of sprain it can be very normal to take several weeks to recover. There are certainly exercises and things you can be doing to help it recover faster, so I suggest going to see a physiotherapist if you haven't yet.

Wished I could just walk normally, can’t walk, but can hop.
As I said, it can be normal for an ankle sprain to take several weeks to recover. You'll get there!
