    Thank you for this meditation. The balancing two sides of the brain, actually feeling wholeness - is something i like and aspire (it works - look at this sentence: first part rational, other feeling🙂). Kind regards

    Liam! I love this meditation it has helped me in incredible ways. As well as my boyfriend he wanted me to ask you : have you ever used or know so moe one that has used these meditations techniques to remote view a specific location communicate telepathically with someone or entered the omnipresent field? Please let me know!!! Thank you so much.

      Hello Estrella, thank you for your feedback, its always good to know that the recordings are helping. With regards to your questions: I don't know anything about remote viewing so cant help you there. I know people have had experiences of encountering loved ones, friends or others while in the altered meditative state one can achieve during IAM Yoga Nidra. Each experience is different since you are different each time you practise so entering it with few expectations is always good. The intention behind an IAM Yoga Nidra is to disengage from the thinking mind and enter the space of awareness that we all are behind the persona, the acquired identity. It has been described in many ways, one being the omnipresent field.
      This meditation is only 15 minutes and is to encourage further exploration. I would encourage you to consider doing an IAM Yoga Nidra that is at least 30-40 minutes long to get the greatest impact, physically, mentally and emotionally. Blessings to you both

      liam gillen first and foremost wow! Thanks for your awesome reply. I must say I am intrigued by the answer. You see, I shared your script with my boyfriend who is currently incarcerated(change any aspect of your mind with intention video) and he himself was highly interested and wanted me to ask you that question... one way we use meditation is to help connect us and strengthen our relationship. Now my question is While in the altered meditative state people have encountered loved ones ...this is something I would like to try with him ( or some of my family/friends who have deceased ) do you have any tips for us-besides lengthening the time of our meditation how to do so?

      My sincere apologies I did not see your comment. Yes this is a short version of Yoga Nidra. I hope you find it helpful
