This was a huge help, thanks! I just put MY17 headlights on my 2013 BRZ with the help of this video. It’s plug and play except for swapping the solid green and striped white/green wires on the 2017+ headlights.
Use 800 grit wet sand paper. Evenly sand. Use plenty of water. Switch to 1500 follow same steps, finish with 2000 and then use rubbing compound then a polish with a a drill attachment

Cringed when you just pried off the side marker. That fucks up the clips. Just stick a flathead in the hole on the back and it will release.
There's a specific tool for those clips 👌
