Very nice playing. The slow air reminds me about something like Bulgarian Gaita-music.

This first tune is in College of Piping Vol 1 as a very early beginner tune. Brighde plays this with such heart and mastery of musicality it makes it into a master class musical performance and a deeply moving piece of music. That is genius. That is mastery. This whole thing is beautiful and perfect.

The militarism associated with GHB culture has always been a huge turnoff for me (I like the big pipes when they’re played well!) so it’s nice to hear Scottish piping music that is…well, musical rather than martial in intention.

Her chanter played in the key of G on the SSP's adds such variety and her bass drone tuning and timbre is enchanting...

You introduced in scottish way of playing some very french "cabrette" way that exhausts the whole thing. Hat down, Miss .
