The fact that she enlisted in the NG and it came full circle is so amazing.
I saw this on CBS's On the Road with Steve Hartman. At the end of the story he said she's like his 3rd daughter and she called him family.
This is heart warming that he prayed every night for her.
I love that he cherishes her so much that he got up from the wheelchair to talk with her.

It's heart-warming. You think of all the death and carnage they've seen and some people just don't give a damn about what happens to them.

Americans respect vets. The state and government services they set up in place to “help” them for when they come back, don’t.

Made me cry in a good way. I'm 68. My Silver Star father was pinned down at the "Battel of the Bulge" and woke up in a field hospital. My 1/2 brother was on an aircraft carrier off the Korean coast when "things were hot" there. I was in Army ATC school when Saigon fell and ended up stationed near the Czech border monitoring recon 'Copters not too far from Dad's position when WWII came to an end.
Thank you and your family for your services. This video Truly Blessed me and I cried so many happy tears🥰🥰God Bless everyone who has served and is serving, including my son who is a Marine, no longer active, he was deployed twice to Afghanistan. I am so very Grateful for Veterans❣️❣️
