    I'm totally confused when screwing in the metal bars. There are only 6 holes but step 2's instructions show you screwing in 4 screws (2 different kind) for each bar. Is this correct? Do you have to make the 2 additional holes in order to screw in 2 of each kind in each bar?

    • @Prime_Spaces
      @Prime_Spaces  2 года назад +5

      Hey there! 👋🏾 Yes, there are only 2 pilot holes on the furniture panel made by the manufacturer for each metal slider. The other 2 screws that I added do not have pilot holes. Just count the holes shown in the manual and insert the other two screws into the corresponding holes on the slider. Make sense?

    • @DVCMinis
      @DVCMinis 2 года назад +4

      @@Prime_Spaces Hello! Ahh yes, okay so you do need to manually make the holes. Thats what was confusing me. I didn't want to make holes if they weren't needed. Thanks so much!

    • @Prime_Spaces
      @Prime_Spaces  2 года назад +8

      Yea, I don’t know why they wouldn’t just make all 4 pilot holes and avoid confusion all together. Hopefully others see your question and the answer I provided. Please, subscribe to the channel if you have not already. ✅🙏🏾

      @Prime_Spaces  2 года назад

      Hey Peggy! 👋🏾 I know the step you are talking about. It does tend to give people issues, myself included the first time assembled this dresser. To get the screws to attach you have to make sure the holes on the drawer sliders are aligned with the holes on the drawer sides. Yea nice they are aligned, press the metal drawer slides into the drawer slides so that the screw catches onto the metal drawer slides. Does this make sense? Give it a try and let me know if this works. And please, subscribe to the channel if you haven’t already! ✅🙏🏾

    • @Prime_Spaces
      @Prime_Spaces  2 года назад

      Hey there! 👋🏾 They are definitely supposed to catch. I believe one out of three things are happening. (1) You’re inserting the screw into the wrong hole (2) You are inserting the screw into the wrong furniture part. (3)The furniture part is defective and the made the hole too big which does NOT happen often at all with this company, but anything is possible. Let me know if this helps. Good luck!

    I got this exact dresser a month ago and finally had time to set it up. Why did you skip the anchoring to the wall step? Also, what is the purpose of the clear dots, I put mines on and don’t understand the purpose.
    As you no doubt know, ppl complain about the drawers not pulling out enough, do you think I should anchor the drawers further down so I can pull them out more?

    • @Prime_Spaces
      @Prime_Spaces  2 года назад +1

      Hey Chris! 👋🏾 Our customer didn’t want the dresser anchored to the wall.
      The clear dots are meant to stop the drawers from slamming when you close them.
      The drawers don’t come out all the way as a design feature to stop the dresser from tipping if someone has multiple drawers open at the same time. I only recommend installing the drawers as instructed in the manual.
