A lot of great advice. I think the best one is treating your people like you want to be treated. Even the CEO has to answer to the Board. The owner has to answer I the shareholders. Very few people don’t answer to someone & expect to be treated with respect. I have NEVER wanted to be a manager. But do expect that from those that manage me.
I'll go back into people management in my next role, so this was great! ❤ I feel it's a whole different job that unfortunately a lot of people who don't like/excel at it do on the side to advance their career. Definitely not to say I'm the world's best manager, but it does give extra meaning to my job and I'm excited to learn and do better!
