I am having trouble eating that much food a day that equals that much protein. I eat 2 meals a day In the morning usually a protein shake and then I have a huge protein rich dinner and that's it and I am stuffed. I Start eating around 11am and stop eating around 5pm.
Look into the herb called Kudzu Root for nature's photo plant chemicals/medicine for eliminating cravings and dependence to bad addictions such as alcohol.
One key is to find a way to eat the foods you like while talking in less energy than you use. I suggest following a couple of steps. 1. Weigh yourself so you know where you're at. 2. Find your resting and active basal metabolic rate (BMR). This is just a rough estimate of how much energy you burn in a day. 3. Recognize the importance and roll of each of the macro nutrients. Protine builds and preserves muscle. Fats keep your hormones in a stable condition. Carbohydrates make you feel more energized. In addition, Protine and fat are the most satiating (which one is best depends on the person) fats, along with fiber in carbs, also slow down digestion. This means eating a meal with a good amount of protein, fats, and fiber will make you fill full and keep that feeling for longer. 4. Do some resistance training (2-6 times a week) so your body will be less likely to burn muscle as fuel. 5. Always remember that you can't break the laws of thermodynamics. It's about calories in vs calories out. Calories are just a way to measure energy, fat is stored energy. So worrying about insulin, gut micro biome, seed oils, inflammation or anything like that is a waste of thought. As long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight. I suggest keeping it to around 500 calories a day. Also keep in mind that as you lose weight your BMR will change simply because there's less of you to keep alive Lastly I suggest checking out Renaissance Periodization and Jeff Nippard for the science behind fitness. Also Flexible Dieting Lifestyle and Exercise4CheatMeals for food ideas. All of them are great YT channels and have got me to drop 60lb in 1 year.
avoid seed oils. if by moderation, you mean once a month, then okay, sure. seed oils wreck your cells and are immediately rendered toxic with oxygen and heat. they are toxic. read Dark Calories

Try eating a piece of fruit. It might help you to feel a bit hungrier for you to get your protein in.
I’m using olive oil in place of butter…I can’t tolerate any dairy…
Try beef tallow. It’s amazing for pan cooking
Can you send me a link to your video editor?
Awesome!
What's the connection between iron and avocado toast? 🤔
cause the bread is fortified with iron, which can lead to unbound iron in your body.
I came here looking for this. I think he should have been more clear.... We can still eat avocado toast but maybe use fresh bakery bread.

Is sesame oil in moderation ok?
As long as you don't have an allergy to it you're fine. There's nothing wrong with seed oils.
