It’s crazy because a year ago this was my hardest workout I could complete - and now it’s my active test day workout to practice balance and form. Crazy how much my strength has changed in this past year because of you!!

I have just recently come across your videos, I've had a Piriformis injury for some time now, and any lower body excersises would trigger it off causing me days of pain. I turned to yoga and have been doing that for over a year now, adding in the occasional lower body, low impact toning, which has all been good. Having lost a great deal of muscle through this injury, I have finally got this back and looking to step up my workouts but keeping it within my limitations, and I found you Caroline. I have just completed this workout and loved it! What I have been struggling with is strength in my upper body, I'm quite advanced in yoga and do really well normally at lifting my body weight, but the past week I've struggled and noticed a huge lack of strength, which was frustrating while doing your workout today. Thank you for such a great workout and I look forward to trying more. 😁

I love the way you switch your routines. Here you are doing all natural exercises with no equipment. You are showing that you are very versatile in your training methods. You have balance and coordination and endurance and strength. This full body routine exercises all the muscles. Doing the plank after the long routine shows what great shape you're in.

I always struggle during Caroline's workout but it turns out that I'm the only one person in the household who opens jars and put a half of my dog (48kg)to the car. I workout with up to 5kg dumbbells so not much. Thank you Caroline! I wouldn't be stronger and healthier with anyone else.

Well it wasn’t pretty but I stayed to the end. Low back was yelling so the plank was a bit rough. Caroline I can’t thank you enough for helping me get my mental toughness back! Keeps me focus and my mind off other things. I always feel a sense of accomplishment after one of your workouts. So glad I found your channel and that you do the moves with us. Love your expressions! Couldn't do the complex series full body today because I'm on vacation so I did this workout instead. I absolutely loved this! New favorite of mine! I had so much fun and got a solid workout out of it. Always love balance thrown into exercises! This one is awesome Caroline..thanks!

This was perfection! I loved how we hit the legs from evey angle! And the push up variations and core exercises were awesome too. I'm gaining so much strength in push ups. I don't know if it's because I do them almost every day with your workouts or it's the plank challenge or both. That said, I was struggling during the plank today 🤣 I made it though! You actually do the full half hour/full hour workout! (rather than saying it's a 30 min workout, but a few minutes are taken up with intros and warmup, and the last few minutes are for cooldown - which ends up being maybe a 23 min workout!) Thanks for going as long as what your video says it go for!! You're the real deal!! I love feeling exhausted from doing your workouts!

That was so good. Very hard for me to keep my balance. I’m sorry, I had to hold to a chair to stabilize myself. I couldn’t complete the plank challenge. You’re so good at what you do. I want to be like you when I grow up... goals.

55 Sets and a 4.5 min Plank.😳 The first song says I surrender, I'm waving the white flag.... No Way us Girvanistas are made of strong stuff. This was hard as I did shoulders with core last night. One Hand Cobra tops One Handed Tricep Push-up, those are wee killers but I really like them great isolation. Love the balance, hard not to focus on you Caroline your form and pace are just amazing. I was in a massive overtraining for several years, now I take a weekly rest day whatever great WO appears on YT, and my body appreciates this ! Give it a try, just do stretching or light walk on ONE day per week, see how your body responds after 1 month. Sun is shining and it's quite warm (27 Celsius degrees in North-East of france) here. Nice thing with Caroline I find is that sometimes its a 10min single body part so everywhere is getting a rest.I sometimes do early one day and late the next gives you a nice recovery. Great that the weather is so good its been terrible here for days . Will you be doing Carolines Sunday HIIT tomorrow... I think its an hour tomorrow 💪💪💪

I'm SO excited. I've been working hard to be able to do some of Caroline's workouts. Yesterday I did a full body 1hr body weight workout and am not sore today. Coming here to do this workout today 😻 I have pretty severe sciatica from retrolisthesis and a herniated disc so to be able to do her workouts without pain is incredible. 3 years ago 1 deadbug wasn't even available to my body. Yayyy!! Thank you so much Caroline 😭 I remember seeing you on RUclips and thinking. No way I can keep up with her. But you're beginning epic series really helped! If I take a few days off I can feel the intense lower back pain come back but. If I keep with it everyday the pain is less by 60%! I'm amazed 😻😻

Wow! Thank you very much Caroline!!!! I had a knee injury one year ago, and since then, I have to workout in a much more conscious way... I should avoid (as much as possible) a lot of jumping and repetitions SO... Your routines have been the best discovery to accomplish my workout in a healthy way. I can’t do the final plank yet... but I will keep doing your routines and hope I can improve little by little! 💪🏽

All the way across the pond in Arizona... the gyms are closed here; apparently our Department of Health feels working out and relieving stress will contribute to the spread of Covid. I am a personal trainer, group fitness instructor with a specialty in corrective exercise so suffice it to say I am picky about the workouts I do on youtube - forever the critic, lol! Yours are great! You are strong, motivating and get the job done with slow controlled moves and modifications. I have very little flexibility in my chest and low back so those one armed cobra push-ups were not cooperative at all! I had to modify to side lying one armed tricep pushups. Imagine me laying there and saying "How the heck does she do that?!" and still falling on my face. I often do reverse supine planks for the plank challenge because it helps stretch out my pecs and anterior deltoids and switch back and forth from prone to supine. Keep up the good work!

this has been exactly what i’ve been looking for! i used to be able to do lots of high intensity stuff, but now after being diagnosed with and dealing with panic disorder for a few years i just can’t do them anymore as those would just make my symptoms worse. this is great for getting my heart rate up and getting a good sweat in without putting my body into panic mode, so thank you!!
I always have to see what you're doing that motivates me in my exercises, or makes you likable again when you take a break It wasn't just 4.5 minutes of Plank Challenge, which was very brutal in the end that was 55 challenges. 🙈 Starting with the one-arm pushups or the exercises on one leg, the single arm plank tabs, I don't even mention it. You really had to concentrate fully, but it was worth it and thanks to you, dear Caroline, I can see progress in stability and balance.💓 I said to someone this morning that I think it's a shame that you don't have any more followers But when I watch the other fitness videos from other trainers, I realize that your exercises, challenges and exercises that go beyond the LIMIT are not made for everyone. And in addition you spoil us every day with exercises ^, which is exemplary, passionate and deserves great respect and big thanks 🥰🖐🙏

Loved this slower paced workout! I really enjoyed the strength/stretch moves, specially involving the hips and adductors. The hardest move was the kneeling squad, wow my thighs were on fire! Thank you for your versatile workouts!

Awesome WO that even includes yoga (wild thing, etc) and Pilates (camel) moves🤩🤩 It was tricky for me to hold the foot with the opposite hand for the 1-leg squats so I held it with the same one. I'm very proud to be able to do the 1-arm cobra push ups and pike push ups (though my shoulders don't allow me to do regular push ups and of course triceps ones ; I use the TRX for substitutions) ! Always love the balance challenges, and your endless creativity ! The hour flew by and I feel so great now ! Thank you Caroline 😍

First time doing hour long workout. Made a lot of modifications but completed it. Even though the moves were done slowly I broke a sweat in the first 5 minutes and my heart rate was up. Yay!

Couldn’t wait all week for this and it did NOT disappoint!! This workout was brilliant Caroline!! I still don’t really care for no repeat but this one still burned out each group because of the sets and that is why we love you girl!! You plan these out so well for us that no matter what the format it is still a burnout!! 🔥💪🏻 We smashed this one together! 👊🏻 The 4.5 minute plank at the end was KILLER just like you said it would be! 😅 I shifted way more than I wanted (it was a mind battle) but my hubs only shifted once at the 2 minute mark!! 🥳 And because of the release time we were able to do this same day!!! 🙌🏻 Also I wanted to let you know I have seen a HUGE difference in my strength in lunges, etc since doing your workouts, even though I am not new to fitness! Your way of doing things is truly amazing and I can tell you have the knowledge it takes to pull us forward!! 💕 Thank YOU!!!

I have just recently come across your videos, I've had a Piriformis injury for some time now, and any lower body excersises would trigger it off causing me days of pain. I turned to yoga and have been doing that for over a year now, adding in the occasional lower body, low impact toning, which has all been good. Having lost a great deal of muscle through this injury, I have finally got this back and looking to step up my workouts but keeping it within my limitations, and I found you Caroline. I have just completed this workout and loved it! What I have been struggling with is strength in my upper body, I'm quite advanced in yoga and do really well normally at lifting my body weight, but the past week I've struggled and noticed a huge lack of strength, which was frustrating while doing your workout today. Thank you for such a great workout and I look forward to trying more. 😁

I love the way you switch your routines. Here you are doing all natural exercises with no equipment. You are showing that you are very versatile in your training methods. You have balance and coordination and endurance and strength. This full body routine exercises all the muscles. Doing the plank after the long routine shows what great shape you're in.

I always struggle during Caroline's workout but it turns out that I'm the only one person in the household who opens jars and put a half of my dog (48kg)to the car. I workout with up to 5kg dumbbells so not much. Thank you Caroline! I wouldn't be stronger and healthier with anyone else.

I do try to make exercise a way of life and not a chore.. it’s not fun when you do something you don’t like... it think that’s why I usually train on how I feel that day. However, I am planning a new series coming soon!! 🤩

Well it wasn’t pretty but I stayed to the end. Low back was yelling so the plank was a bit rough. Caroline I can’t thank you enough for helping me get my mental toughness back! Hi Rachael, I completely agree with you! This is low intensity but that doesn't mean it isn't a really tough workout!!! Couldn't do the complex series full body today because I'm on vacation so I did this workout instead. I absolutely loved this! New favorite of mine! I had so much fun and got a solid workout out of it. Always love balance thrown into exercises! This one is awesome Caroline..thanks!

This was perfection! I loved how we hit the legs from evey angle! And the push up variations and core exercises were awesome too. I'm gaining so much strength in push ups. I don't know if it's because I do them almost every day with your workouts or it's the plank challenge or both. That said, I was struggling during the plank today 🤣 I made it though! You actually do the full half hour/full hour workout! (rather than saying it's a 30 min workout, but a few minutes are taken up with intros and warmup, and the last few minutes are for cooldown - which ends up being maybe a 23 min workout!) That was so good. Very hard for me to keep my balance. I’m sorry, I had to hold to a chair to stabilize myself. I couldn’t complete the plank challenge. You’re so good at what you do. I want to be like you when I grow up... goals.

55 Sets and a 4.5 min Plank.😳 The first song says I surrender, I'm waving the white flag.... No Way us Girvanistas are made of strong stuff. This was hard as I did shoulders with core last night. One Hand Cobra tops One Handed Tricep Push-up, those are wee killers but I really like them great isolation. Love the balance, hard not to focus on you Caroline your form and pace are just amazing. I was in a massive overtraining for several years, now I take a weekly rest day whatever great WO appears on YT, and my body appreciates this ! Give it a try, just do stretching or light walk on ONE day per week, see how your body responds after 1 month. Sun is shining and it's quite warm (27 Celsius degrees in North-East of france) here. Nice thing with Caroline I find is that sometimes its a 10min single body part so everywhere is getting a rest.I sometimes do early one day and late the next gives you a nice recovery. Great that the weather is so good its been terrible here for days . Will you be doing Carolines Sunday HIIT tomorrow... I think its an hour tomorrow 💪💪💪

I have pretty severe sciatica from retrolisthesis and a herniated disc so to be able to do her workouts without pain is incredible. 3 years ago 1 deadbug wasn't even available to my body. Yayyy!!

If I take a few days off I can feel the intense lower back pain come back but. If I keep with it everyday the pain is less by 60%! I'm amazed 😻😻

I should avoid (as much as possible) a lot of jumping and repetitions SO... Your routines have been the best discovery to accomplish my workout in a healthy way. I can’t do the final plank yet... but I will keep doing your routines and hope I can improve little by little! 💪🏽

All the way across the pond in Arizona... the gyms are closed here; apparently our Department of Health feels working out and relieving stress will contribute to the spread of Covid. I am a personal trainer, group fitness instructor with a specialty in corrective exercise so suffice it to say I am picky about the workouts I do on youtube - forever the critic, lol! Yours are great! You are strong, motivating and get the job done with slow controlled moves and modifications. I have very little flexibility in my chest and low back so those one armed cobra push-ups were not cooperative at all! I had to modify to side lying one armed tricep pushups. Imagine me laying there and saying "How the heck does she do that?!" and still falling on my face. I often do reverse supine planks for the plank challenge because it helps stretch out my pecs and anterior deltoids and switch back and forth from prone to supine. Keep up the good work!

this has been exactly what i’ve been looking for! i used to be able to do lots of high intensity stuff, but now after being diagnosed with and dealing with panic disorder for a few years i just can’t do them anymore as those would just make my symptoms worse. this is great for getting my heart rate up and getting a good sweat in without putting my body into panic mode, so thank you!!

It wasn't just 4.5 minutes of Plank Challenge, which was very brutal in the end
that was 55 challenges. 🙈 Starting with the one-arm pushups or the exercises on one leg, the single arm plank tabs, I don't even mention it.
You really had to concentrate fully, but it was worth it and thanks to you, dear Caroline, I can see progress in stability and balance.💓
I said to someone this morning that I think it's a shame that you don't have any more followers
But when I watch the other fitness videos from other trainers, I realize that your exercises, challenges and exercises that go beyond the LIMIT are not made for everyone.

Loved this slower paced workout! I really enjoyed the strength/stretch moves, specially involving the hips and adductors. The hardest move was the kneeling squad, wow my thighs were on fire! Thank you for your versatile workouts!

Awesome WO that even includes yoga (wild thing, etc) and Pilates (camel) moves🤩🤩 It was tricky for me to hold the foot with the opposite hand for the 1-leg squats so I held it with the same one. I'm very proud to be able to do the 1-arm cobra push ups and pike push ups (though my shoulders don't allow me to do regular push ups and of course triceps ones ; I use the TRX for substitutions) ! Always love the balance challenges, and your endless creativity ! The hour flew by and I feel so great now ! Thank you Caroline 😍

First time doing hour long workout. Made a lot of modifications but completed it. Even though the moves were done slowly I broke a sweat in the first 5 minutes and my heart rate was up. Yay!

Wow intense indeed! And thank you so much for the low impact. I usually don’t train for a full hour, I just break it down to a half hour one day and the other half another day but I think I’ll give this a shot 🤩💪🏼♥️

Love the slower pace. I always train bare foot with you. This workout made me concentrate harder to keep my balance.
Still need to work on flexibility, but I'll get there.

Couldn’t wait all week for this and it did NOT disappoint!! This workout was brilliant Caroline!! I still don’t really care for no repeat but this one still burned out each group because of the sets and that is why we love you girl!! You plan these out so well for us that no matter what the format it is still a burnout!! 🔥💪🏻 We smashed this one together! 👊🏻 The 4.5 minute plank at the end was KILLER just like you said it would be! 😅 I shifted way more than I wanted (it was a mind battle) but my hubs only shifted once at the 2 minute mark!! 🥳 And because of the release time we were able to do this same day!!! 🙌🏻 Also I wanted to let you know I have seen a HUGE difference in my strength in lunges, etc since doing your workouts, even though I am not new to fitness! Your way of doing things is truly amazing and I can tell you have the knowledge it takes to pull us forward!! 💕 Thank YOU!!!

Love, love, love 💕 this workout. The balancing part was amazing. I feel I am getting stronger too. The whole workout is sensational. Great how you push our bodies just that little bit further, without injuries xx thank you again. Wow that plant at the end definitely did feel it, but it got done ✅. I was a wiggle pot but we did it guys 💪💪
