I love it when you sing even if you think you are not good at singing (I love your voice, so soothing) coz it encourages us to also sing when we play the musical instrument - be it ukelele or guitar. Thanks for this video! 🥰
I'm so excited about this challenge! I've been playing guitar for almost two years now, but still love playing these songs! I'm so happy to see you doing guitar tutorials. Thank you for the time you put into this!
You seriously are so talented, it defies all logic that I can pick up a totally different instrument and within a couple of days already be able to (*kind of*) play a song like this!! Bravooooo & thank you
I like all the small details you show us to make learning easer. I do like the look up, when I was not watching your directions. thanks for all your help. Working on ukulele and Guitar.
Great song to get started on 👍.As I am currently without a useable guitar while I am waiting for a new saddle, new nut and new strings I will play it in the ukulele to begin with. Hopefully I will be able to catch up in a few days😊.
Add a what ( chunk? Chuck? Sorry 😧 (when you say to make it different for the intermediate strummers)? Also what strings are you strumming per chord? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I love this btw!!! ❤️❤️
In this video using DDU UDU you mention using (its sounded to me like a jock?). Could you expand on that or show in one of the video's. Thanks, really enjoying this and making progress.
now you are doing guitar when I am still working on Ukulele and can't get all things guitar off my youtube feed. that being said, HAD TO WATCH THIS! :D With that being said, are the new two upper strings and the bottom 4, the bottom four the same of ukulele? curious about chord differneces.
The soprano ukulele tuning is GCEA (from 4th string to first.) The baritone ukulele tuning is that of the guitar's first 4 strings, DGBE (from 4th string to 1st.)
How is it that the third strumming pattern has 10 strums? If this song is meant to count 1,2,3,4 then shouldn’t the at be like DD DD UU DU? Or something. I don’t really understand how the letters are separated or how that fits within 4 because with 10 Strums.
You can only chuck with an acoustic guitar right? I have a flamenco guitar and you can't physically chuck because you play at the end of the soundhole. Also you shouldn't hit the body under any circumstances, that's what they told me when I bought it.
The hardest part for me is not strumming the top E string on the C chord and the E and A chord on the D chord. 😔 other than that I would be doing great. So disappointing. 😔
I've seen 2 tricks for not strumming the 6th string when you're strumming a C. One is to bring your thumb up behind the fretboard & over the top & let it mute the 6th string. The other is when you're fretting the C, let the tip of your ring finger, which is on fret 3 string 5, just lightly touch the 6th string enough to mute it so that you don't have to worry about hitting it when you strum. Hope these help.
I love when she says
-Look up!
I feel like I'm back at school or something 😂
And yes. .. I immediately look to her hand instead of the diagram
Look up .... Absolutely, totally, majorly, loving this series. Love and Respect Ms B.
You are the best music teacher EVER!!! Thank you ❤️

Love the lesson, as beginners its great to be able to learn such a cool song without having to learn any intimidating chords!
It sounds great on ukulele too. Playing this on my ukulele at a Open Mic in October.
5:39 I love when you say "You've got this".

Hi mam, currently doing ukulele challenge now. Thanks for this one too.

Hi Bernadette.
I think you forgot the link to the Ortega guitar :)
Whenever she says look up it is freaky to me because I am always distracted by something and then I'm like AcK hOw'D yOu KnoW?!
Yea!!!!
🖤🖤🖤
Am I mistaken or is the part in the beginning with just the downbeats with the video played at a higher speed than it should be?🙈
Now please do a zombie ukulele tutorial
