what i really liked about dark dawn is how they made psynergies different. for instance avalanche and molten bath had the same animation as grand gia and pyroclasm in the gameboy series. this one, however, have different ones to give it a different thought, and they are very well done by animation.
The puzzles are ridiculously easy, i had a challenge on one, and then i accidently used the "solve it for me" psyenergy. The weapons are easily much stronger than the psyengergy, but I still enjoyed the game, I was just looking for more of a challenge.
@papemario Yes amiti does have some ressemblance in battle psynergy as piers, but Warrior class are those who wear heavy weaponery such as Longsword and Heavy armour. Amiti is more like and hybrid between Warrior and Seer. The only water warrior type so far in any goldensun game was Piers. Eoleo is another example. he's close to warrior but heavy armour and Longsword can't be equiped. so Hes an Hybrid class too, some of his move ressembles Jennas. Only warrior in game are Matthew and Tyrell.
i do agree it was not that chellenging, but i am very grateful for camelot to at leats have released another game of the series :D and hopefully, tomorrow's E3 well hear good news about GS, i hope
@papemario Also who was the one to want to see alchemy restore so badly??? Alex. King of Ayuthay said that the mysterious man knew a group of adept would come to his kingdom to complete the other part of the alchemy well which was the drying process that only a fire adept could achieve(Tyrell), thus the need to mislead Matthew's party to the south while they were trying to reach the north to meet with Kraden. Tret even sensed amiti being linked to Mia, Alex is mia's relative(her cousin)

Piers wouldn't be the mysterious guy that would of let a son in ayuthay especially since he is well know by the whole eastearn sea and Eijei region(south of angara), that would only stain his good reputation as a kind and greatest merchant. That you would have known it if you read the game carefully. Amiti's dad was described as and extremely powerful adept that started the alchemy well and was mysterious(Alex).
Go to the hiddnliefvillige, lern the basics to become a Genin, try the Chunin examination by rob some scrolls (maybe you must kill someone) and than you become a Ninja. if you realy cool you can even become a Jonin

@leafia6 note he is mostly using the most stronger versions of the psynergies, so he used Grand Gaia only
