Another brilliant video mate, awesome Kingfisher footage as always. Leon looked to have such an amazing time and you a right, the more young people interested in nature the better! Oh, and that plate of food 🤩😍
@@adamjuckesphoto ☺️ thanks pal it’s always nice to see that smile on a young kids face when they have encounters like this. Also the importance of places like this as we discussed with David Plummer on our podcast 💙
Thank you 🙏🏻 these are in the wild and have been using this lake for a while, but I know what you mean thing is that’s fine when your on your own and can conceal yourself away on the side of the river (something I have done so many times) but hard to achieve these types of shots when there is 3 of you. Main thing for me is getting a young lad interested and being able to give him photography advice while he was taking the photos which you couldn’t do elsewhere. 👍🏻
That kingfisher footage is outstanding pal! Both subject and background look awesome. Just subbed. Recently moved to the outer hebrides, I should see whether we get kingfishers up here and known locations
I'd love to be in that hide. Those clips of the Kingfisher are just beautiful. The colours are amazing. We live in Western Australia and rarely get gloomy days like you do. It is mostly clear skies and sunlight. I find that the colours tend to be fairly muted on rainy days so it is interesting how you get such vibrant colours on days like that👍
@@wildhomevideos yes it’s a stunning hide! Although it was cloudy it was still bright but as you may know the kingfishers colours really do come out in the sunshine as the way the feathers are formed it is the reflection of light that gives them the vibrant colours. 🙏🏻
love this adventure and your video clips here are so stunning. i live in Jeddah on the red sea, kingfishers here are Autumn and winter visitors, this year i was lucky to spot one back in 15 th of August in an area close to my house, i go there as much as possible before i go to work, sometimes its just 4 meters away form me, but now these days sun do not rise before 7 am so photos are not that wow, although i use Olympus and can go as low as 1/60 in shutter speed, but then how many perched shots one wants, i really want some action. but then who cares i am enjoying watching them so much.
Hi, now I know why we photographers grow beards so much, we spend too many hours waiting for something to land on the perch. Congratulations beautiful photos. 👍
I wish you all the best with your RUclips channel and lots of views! You’re truly doing an amazing job. I’ve been following your photos on Instagram, and every time I see them, I say to myself, Wow, a true photographer through and through .GoldWildShot :)
