- I cooked Uzbek pastry using the steam cooking method. This pastry is delicious. The stuffing of the pastry is red meat, potatoes and onions. It tastes so much better when it's steamed. Your friends and family will love this pastry, which can be eaten dipped in sauce. Detailed recipe below.

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 glass of water
1 teaspoon of salt
450 g flour
250 g minced meat
2 potatoes
3 onions
Black pepper
Vegetable oil
How to make Uzbek pastry:
Add 1 egg, 1 glass of water and 1 teaspoon of salt to 450 g of flour and mix.
After resting the dough for half an hour, divide it into 6 equal parts.
Mix 250 g of coarsely ground minced meat, 2 diced potatoes and 3 finely chopped onions with a little salt, black pepper and a little oil. Divide into 6 equal parts.
Roll out the dough by flouring it with a rolling pin so that it is not too thick.
Spread melted butter on it and put the stuffing inside.
Wrap it in a roll.
Close the ends by gluing and place on the bamboo steamer. (Put greaseproof paper on each layer)
Wait until it is cooked.
