Also another thing i learned that was super helpful for me is to wax up the side of your board so you can actually hold onto the board when you throw a rodeo
100% I always wax up my board but I make sure I don’t put too much
@@flowprodigy6 yeah im sorta taking a break from flow to build my strength and my grip so i can use a lot less
@@batreg6996 Flow especially bodyboarding can be extremely exhausting and physically demanding even I take breaks every once in a while
