Whoever is writing the music is a genius. The songs are so well put together and produced. You guys truly are incredibly awesome musicians. Soul Embraced is one of the best bands I have ever heard.
Rocky Gray, Known for all kinds of shit, probably ( and unfortunately) best known as the drummer for evenesence when their " big" album came out in 2003 ( Fallen... the one with that overused as fuck song on it). He left not long after. Thats him at 3:14 playing guitar. Multi talented sob.
Dead Alive is easily my favorite album of 2008, and with next years' Living Sacrifice album, I'm going to be set. Both amazing bands and each are in my top 10 best bands of all time.
It sucks because this is literally the only album I can find that sounds like this. This album is pure gold. It is just amazing. But none of their albums sound remotely like this, and I can't find any other band that sounds similar.
Just go to Best Buy and buy their new CD. It's called Dead Alive (by Soul Embraced, obviously), and it has every one of the songs in this video on it. I got it today for $12.
I found this band by buying their "dead alive" CD one day. That same day i bought two main stream artist CDs and Soul Embraced was better than eather of them! This Band Has One Bad Ass Sound.
These vocals sound like Zao and it rawks, I got one Soul Embraced song and I loved them from the start, I am defidently getting Dead Alive, Immune and This is My Blood.

After being saved, i didnt have to give up rippin metal music (although i did toss out my "satanic" music), actually, i think the Christian metal scene rocks harder!!! Where are you all from? I hear a southern accent, so i am hoping it is close by, (Sarasota Fl) i would love to see a show. Thanks fer keeping the fire ablaze!
Nick Bronze it's not to terribly hard you just need to try and try again trying out different octaves. I've got this down but it does require a lot of practice.
