I literally lived off of McDonald’s double quarter pounders for two years while I worked and because I just snacked in between, without eating full meals, I still lost weight and gained muscle. You just have to be conscious of what you’re eating outside of that. No food is inherently bad, it just depends on how you balance it throughout the rest of your day. Though their are better sources of fat and protein.

If you ever come to LA, definitely go to Cantor's Deli! It's like Katz's but cheaper and a LOT less crowded. We went to Katz's the last time we were in New York, and I can definitely say Cantor's is just as good but way easier on your wallet lol. I've been there many times, it's awesome :D
