    This workout confirms what I, and many in the space have anticipated for quite sometime - Bryson is surpassing Taylor. His movement quality and capacity in every regard is becoming superior before our very eyes. Congrats Bryson.

    GHD + ring muscle ups is usually a terrible combination. The GHD makes the ring muscle ups way too hard

    This is so timely. I just did a bunch of GHDs tonight and told a gym mate that he needs to use his legs on these! Thanks for confirming I actually know something. 😅 Abs don’t blow up as much like other people who don’t use their legs. 🦵🏼
