Love the recipe and Passover idea!! Would love to see an episode dedicated to either chicken salad or smoked salmon incorporated into a greater dish! These are two things that my father and I would eat (not at the same time... that’s just crazy talk) all the time on Sunday’s after church and I’d love to learn how to make my own or incorporate smoked salmon into one of my own meals. I've been making a sandwich a lot like this lately... marinade chicken in olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, garlic, and a little bit of pepper... And ill put some really good greek dressing on the bun. grill it up, add some bacon and cheese and bam, delicious.
I made that tonight. Was out getting groceries and remember this video and was like yes that is what I am doing! I actually layered bacon first (thick sliced bacon) and onions, chicken and gravy. Omg!!! So good. The flavor of the onions really give it an awesome added flavor. Loved it and easy to make

Its Whats for Dinner Monday night, Got everything ready to go and I am going to throw a slice of Hot Pepper cheese over the bread then layer it with everything else you have and maybe just maybe top it with an Egg over easy. Cant wait to make this on my flat top.
