    Full disclosure: I'm not the best at remembering to consistently include probiotic-rich foods into my family's diet. 😅 But filming this video reminded me to actively working on it! What are your family's favorite options?

    Thanks for sharing this video! Probiotics are definitely harder to consume - the taste of sauerkraut is just not appealing! It’s a relief to know that prebiotics are effective too. Thank you!

      Absolutely!! I guess it's all about finding the probiotics-rich foods that most appeal to you! But yes, prebiotic-rich foods are definitely easier to consume! I think the winning combination requires a mix of the two :)
