I’m a Kia technician and I have never even heard of this or needed it. However there’s really never many issues with the head units besides updates every now then. Usually when they go they’re out of warranty and end up getting replaced with aftermarket units elsewhere.
Yea but it would be kinda hard to do a after market u it with a display that comes out the dash I think
I got the gt line and it didn’t have satellite radio is there any way to add it

My kia forte don't have tpms ...do you think they can install it..i think the program for tpms is hidden too..

Worked on my 19 Forte. Totally pointless as a consumer, though. Maybe it is beneficial to a dealership but there is nothing you can enable or disable through this menu.
This doesn't really do much, maybe I am missing something. There is nothing you can unlock or enable.
What's the point of this, exactly?
This has no benefit at all, Seems rhetorical to even do this, I mean, What could you possibly get out of doing this?
Just because you can't find a use for something, doesn't mean others don't. All this info you get in the secret menu is probably useful for people who work on their cars.
Does not work on 2017 Kia Forte S. I know the real work around, if anyone is interested.
