之前去手作甜點店就選擇做泡芙，真的超麻煩，卡士達內餡，酥皮，泡芙體裡酥皮最簡單，泡芙體最麻煩。
影片店家量直接加完真的是很專業很厲害，因為我用店家配方自制泡芙體時，負責指導店員還需要照泡芙糊的變化再添加材料，而泡芙糊就要做到如影片呈現那樣，糊體垂落呈三角型，否則泡芙是發不起來的...
