I definitely resonate with wanting to go to social events on my own or when close friends aren't going, it's definitely something I want to work on this year! Thank you for being candid & always sharing, you're doing great🫶🏼
Hi, Ashley. I am 31 years old and I suffer from social anxiety. It used to be horrific when I was younger but I still struggle with it. I recently went to a friend's birthday party and I knew everyone there. Even though they were all of my friends, I had a bad night with my social anxiety. For example, I had trouble entering myself in conversations. I deeply feel for you on social anxiety. We need to give ourselves grace and tell ourselves that we belong there.
It's amazing to have you back on the channel. It's great to see that you are still smashing the running. It is extremely motivating for me to keep exercising every morning. Thanks, Ashley! Such a relaxing vlog much needed to start a Wednesday morning! 💜📸
One thing that helps social anxiety is to appreciate and be present in the moment, it can be uncomfortable but life is about experiences, you can learn a lot about others and yourself when you realize you never experience the same moment again, try to appreciate it that and soon you will enjoy meeting new people, welcoming new experiences
I love you Ashley! You have grown so much, and your videos really help me with my insecurities. Thank you for still making the time to make cute vlogs like this. We appreciate all your hard work. 🥰🤍
Have you noticed that many youtubers post less and less these days? It's boring me! What happened to the good old days when they posted more and vlogged about anything? All those RUclips changes make me feel sad!🥺💔
Maybe because TikTok currently has taken over & this generation attention span is so little that long videos aren’t really their thing. That’s why they go to TikTok
My favorite part is when they comment about how they need to be vlogging more or their audience wants to see X from them and yet they still can!t manage to do their job.
The anxious ramble resonates so hard. It’s amazing that you’re speaking to all this and rooting for yourself as well! I am cheering you on as a fellow anxious Ashley 🫡💕 (also recommend Live Fearless by Sadie Rob if you haven’t read/studied with it yet!)
The TikTok girlies really be up there with content I think 🧐 it’s time the RUclips girlies and instagram girlies got their act up 😅 no more playing around 😂
No hate- but I hate that blush so high :) It looks like someone punched you in the eye. It has to be on the cheeks just like normally people apply it. I think that person who said it was the usual influencer who wanted to be special :D
does any one think that the covid vaccine cause this this anxiety? because I ran through it before and I see a lot of people been through the exact same situation

Not only less content, I've been seeing the same content on and off. Like get ready with me. It's getting boring day by day.
Watch new youtubers :) They need your support. The old ones have money from ads etc so they do not care anymore
True, less and less just daily vlogs these days like taking you with them to go run errands, or filming in the morning.. dont know its kinda sad..
My favorite part is when they comment about how they need to be vlogging more or their audience wants to see X from them and yet they still can!t manage to do their job.

The part where she is doing her makeup remind me of Vogue Beauty secrets videos 🤍
Love your vlogs….so calming… but that blush technique isn’t the best for your face shape..
I love your vlogs but the quality is a bit bad lately :(

so much better for you, I so didn't wanna take it!!!@@Glambutfirstcoffee
Not how vaccines work. Find the other reasons for your anxiety and take care of them!!
No
No. If anything, it was the pandemic itself which caused many ppl to regress socially.
