I just set it to medium preset and went on with it. Haven't seen much visual differences, but the performance improved

This is one of those games were most graphics settings barely make a noticeable difference.

Good video, did you get a chance to test FSR2?
Most reports online suggest it works well enough and it's used on the console versions, il probably use it when playing the trial.

Both FSR 2 and DLSS make textures look smeared and ugly, I'd avoid them for now, terrible implementations.
