That is precisely why Black Sabbath are The Godfathers of Heavy Metal!!!!! This was 1970!!!!!!!! I have been a fan of Black Sabbath Since I Was 10 years of Age. My Friend's older Brother had all of this Classic Music and we would play his Albums when he was away for the Weekend. I would put Thai Stick in my flashlight battery compartment, and we would smoke the " Sweat Leaf" and Rock out to Sabbath. I now am listening to Taylor's swift%%/ " JUST JOKING" No [ We were into Black Sabbath at 10 years of age] I still Listen to these " IMMORTAL " LEGENDS.🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘💯

He’s using hammer-ons. He’s quickly hitting the strings so hard with his right hand that he doesn’t need to strum. Hope this helps

MAN THE DIFFERENCE IN OZZY VOCALLY FROM 1970’s TO THIS PERFORMANCE IN 1978 IS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY. I AM SHOCKED WHEN I SEE SOME OF THE EARLIER PERFORMANCE OF OZZY HE WAS TRULY ON HIS GAME VOCALLY. IT IS ASHAME HOW ADDICTED HE BECAME WITH BOOZE AND DRUGS. BECAUSE HIS VOCALS NEVER REALLY RECOVERED FROM ALL THAT ABUSE REAL TALK.
YEA A CAT HAS NINE LIVES OZZY HAS TEN LIVES. HE HAS COME SO CLOSE TOO DEATH YET STILL MANAGES TO
    SURVIVE IT IS NO WONDER.

I just hate the absence of spotlight on Geezer. Feel the same way about Entwhistle while watching The Who footage. Geezer breathed an imperceptible but blazing fire into the songs.
