Paul was such a powerhouse in his prime! I always loved this more raw and agressive Maiden era. Rest in Power Paul Di’Anno!

What an awesome recording of an awesome song! I never saw them back then. I was way too young! I finally got a chance to see Paul at the whiskey in 1992. Will always love his vocal style.

Took me some time to understand and appreciate Maiden when I was in my early teens… But after a while (a year or two or three 😊) it just settled… Have LOVED THEM ever since! This is just magic to me. Bruce or Paul doesn’t really matter… 🖤💛♥️

      自分の中でのメイデンは、
      ボーカル:ポールディアノ、
      ドラム:クライブバーが最強で最高ですよ。
      2人共鬼籍に入ってしまったのが、あまりにも寂しすぎますよね。

My first taste of Maiden was Number of the Beast. My favorite album by far is Piece of Mind. I definitely prefer Bruce and Nikko. That being said, the first two albums with Paul and Clive were so damn edgy. Beautiful stuff.

I've always loved Paul and Maiden era with him, although a short one. I just feel he had such a hard life and I always felt sorry for him and wished him well. I hope he is in peace and that he can see and feel the outpouring of love.
Also, his voice. Pure magic. It's like drugs to my ears. Very addictive.

Bruce is the face of Maiden I realize that. But what Bruce Dickinson brings to the fold with his training, Paul Di'anno brought soul to this band. I loved listening to this song when I was two years old and I love it now. And I know it's because of the singer feeling the music.. RIP Paul. The heart and soul Of Iron Maiden .

RIP Paul , will miss you , I agree the first two albums were a bit more wilder and that was Paul , I'm not taking anything away from Mr Dickson he has put his own stamp on things , I have been listening to Iron Maiden for 40+years and I still love listening to them , I am 61 , keep on ROCKING.

Paul doesn’t have the stage presence Bruce has, but his voice is way stronger, especially live. Clive’s drumming fits the band better too. Nicko is great and all, Clive just plays heavier. RIP Clive and Paul. Maiden’s golden era.
