When making your transition the pelvis does go first but before impact the pelvis will slow down and the ribcage will speed up as I mention in the video. If you like the sensation then I would say go with it and see how you do! I would have to see a swing to be more precise. However if you feel this allows you to turn through with more speed then it is likely a good thing for you. Thanks for your comments!
I use my left lat stretching as a downswing trigger, helps me delay upper body, and it works great!

I try to wind up my waist first then shoulderswhen back swing. am I doing right? I like this sensation against rotate shoulders only.
