His back looks bigger than before and it looks like he doesn't abuse Peds that much since his coach said he was off gear during the USA tour plus in the Q&A he said he was natty for 10 yrs before using PEDs.
Plus he trains with time under tension rather than ego lifting and has insane genes. He is really smart in this aspect of training and Peds
Because he said that and its 100% true pls.. he can used total of 5g week and now 7 thats why he look better u never know what and how much bbuilders take

@@krayxeez Samozrejme, že je to len moja domienka, ale zo skusenosti kulturisti ako Michal maju dar, je to jedinec jeden z miliona, taky človek je reaguje na trening, stravu a latky uplne inač ako bežny človek. Ale za predpokladu, že vyzeral naturalne tak ako vyzeral, s tym, že do toho makal v bani a stravu pravdepodobne nemal uplne perfektnu.. ked potom zoberieš perfektny trening, stravu, odpočinok a priemerne množstvo steroidov, vysledky su neporovnatelne... Neviem ako moc sleduješ scenu, ake maš vedomosti, ale sú profici, ktorí neprejdu cez celkovo cez 1-1,5g latok, potom su extremy, ktorí beru len tolko tst + dalšie veci. Cela pointa tohto mojho monologu je tá, že vela ludi, laikov, si myslí, že profici musia sypat 10X viac ako amateri, alebo bežní chlapi z fitka, ale často je to prave opak.. Ale samozrejme to može byt inač, je to len moj nazor urobený zo sledovania Michala..
Always appreciate the training videos - honest, no hype or staged setting - just real training and form with a towel and water and loading your own weights...it won't be this way forever...but don't forget us when you make it Kriz...stay humble.

Just keep in mind his already well developed and only 4 weeks out from comp I’d incorporate more free weights if you still need to build muscle
definitely use more free weights. He has been training for well more than 10 years + he is a pro bodybuilder, you shouldn't really do exactly what he/they do.
Free weights are kinda overrated, it's all about muscle tension, pump and progression using good technique. Use SOME free weights but don't rely solely on it. We have insanely good machines today, unless your gym is trash. they work unless you don't know how to use them. I remember going away from barbell squat, to hack squat and v-squat and my legs grew FOR SURE much faster. same with bench press and proper chest press machines like hammer strength. actually barbell bench press is kinda waste of time if your goal is pure growth, do incline db/bb or machines. flat bench is only good for triceps with close grip. it's trash for 99% of people if chest development is your goal. most old dogs praise free weights because they did not have anything else 50 years back. machines back then were pure trash for the most part, today machines can be insanely good, again, if your gym is not trash. injury risk is also much much lower in machines compared to free weight. most casual gym goers are snapping their shit left and right using free weights with poor form. hell i even see guys that have trained for 5+ years still making rookie mistakes using free weights, like deadlifting with hips shooting up first etc. .... if you are not powerlifting, there's no reason to stick to barbell squat, barbell bench press and conventional deadlift - there's better exercises for performance and pure growth. stop believing what people that trained 50 years ago say about all this. I am natural, 225 at 6'0 with around 10% bodyfat, most people I see that praise free weights as a natural lifter, barely have any results. Lifting in the low rep range using basic free weight exercises might get you strong in those lifts, but you won't grow much from it. You need to lift in the higher rep range, like 8+

@@Dr.WhetFarts in scientific way not agree but in real life experience I will agree to this except genetic freak most of people who do free weights heavy weight strength training have awesome strength but they are not big like bodybuilder if someone look at them won't believe they will lift that much weight
