Excellent review, really really thorough analysis by far the best i found. I ended up buying it before watching your review, and here i was all worried that maybe i didn't made a nice buy, but at least here in Brazil it seems to be the best price/performance qhd 165hz on market. If the price of the gigabyte monitor were in the same margin i would go for it instead! Thank you again, keep up with the amazing work!
Such a great monitor for the price. Would highly recommend it. I use mine in a dark room and its been fantastic for gaming and media consumtion. Its also one of the cheapest good gsync monitors.
It's a pretty decent monitor but the Gigabyte G32QC-A really offers more, with actual DCI-P3 handling, a much brighter screen so HDR actually looks decent, plus height adjust too. Check our review- ruclips.net/video/w2c2gvcAd-8/видео.html And please subscribe!
@@Techspin the g32 qc is vastly more expensive in my country. But like over $200 more. But thanks for putting it on my radar. Iv since subbed to tour channel. Keep up the good work!
Manufacturers sometimes clear stock around summer for next years' model, I've seen these summer sales at Costco a fair amount on TVs here in Taiwan. Glad it's working out well for you, please subscribe!
I just got this at Walmart for $200 as well. they had it as a early Black Friday deal. The edges of the screen are kinda weird, kinda like if you turned on the 3d of a Nintendo 3ds. I don't know why it has a speaker volume adjustment when it has no speakers either. But I'm really happy with this so far. It doesn't say it supports g sync, on the box, but under the NVIDIA control, it says it supports it so that was a welcome addition.
I know its hdr is relatively bad, but after trying both hdr mode and sdr, i prefer the colors and overall look of the hdr mode, and don't have a issue with its low brightness since i play in the dark mod of the time. The hdr effect works well enough in games to not bother me. Great monitor overall. Been use to a 1366x766p 32" monitor, so this is superb eye candy to me lmao.
Glad it works for you, but we don't recommend this panel for any use in HDR- just look at a new miniLED TV showing HDR content and you see how HDR should actually look. This monitor has sub-par performance even among similar spec monitors, although LG is selling this often cheaper now than comparable models. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
Thanks for getting some negatives mentioned in the first three minutes. I am happy with my QN600 32" which I use for everything, except I don't game at all. I do use Photoshop, Capture One and DaVinci Resolve daily. I saw an ad for this 32GN600 and got a bit excited because of the current discount to C$199 but I think I'll hold out for another QN600 if they go on sale. I think the specs of IPS and higher bit depth than the GN are probably characteristics that are making me like the one I have and they'd be setup in dual monitor from one PC.
For under 200 it works for me. I can notice the darkness but i can also complain about my previous 1080 p going for cheap lighting or what i call almost gray to make up for resolution. Im keeping it. I really only got it to maximize use of my series s.
I recently bought an LG Ultragear 32GN600B' monitor, but for some reason I keep getting this prompt: "An Incorrect DisplayPort Version Setting Will Cause The Screen To Be Blank". When this happensi It also closes my second monitor and I have to restart my pc. How Can I Fix this please? I've tried to connect with HDMI but I keep getting this prompt: "no signal entering the power saving mode shortly".
That sounds.... weird. I'd change the DisplayPort version on the LG and see if that works? Otherwise ask a tech friend to have a look. Hope you get it worked out. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
I bought the lg 32GN63T-B for $199 on amazon, which is supposed to be the same thing but made special for costco, but I couldn't even enable the HDR. I was pleased to hear that this is the worst feature and that it compares relatively well to other monitors in the price range. Thank you for the very thorough review. I wish you had shown a few more shots of the menu and how to set some of the color profiles since that's pretty confusing, but this is a review afterall and not a how-to.
HDR requires a bunch of things to go right, including the source sending it and the sending port's capability ie HDMI 1.4 vs 2.0, the connecting wire's spec, and the monitor /display capabilities. The reason we test with PS4 is that is solves the first problem, without Windows weirdness. But HDR can be difficult to get working properly on the best day. @@Techspin ya, windows is weird. I am using DP 1.4 with an arc a770 on win 11. I even tried registry hacks to enable it. Good to know I am not missing out on much. Also, good to know about fake 10-bit color. I learned a lot from your video.
Well the price is really great. I've seen HDR done right and it can look amazing, but not sure I would want to see all my content that way. There also a key combination to enable/disable HDR in windows but it won't force it to work, so it may or may not be useful. Would need to Google it again 😂 Love the feedback, cheers.
Appreciate it, thanks! This LG is good but not #1, as there are faults (brightness/HDR handling) we pointed out, but it's still a very capable screen and appears to be on sale right now in a few places. Note the edges of the screen have a tiny blue effect. Please subscribe!

Just purchased one coming from a cheap but good quality AOC 27" 1080P. Waiting for it to arrive, but I know I will notice the difference out of the box. Nice review, keep it up! Cheers from sunny Costa Rica
@@angelestrada9620 well I'm really happy with it. Although my video card makes no justice now 😅 but I've had run couple games in 1440p at an average of 85FPS. Perhaps a better video card will give me more. Using DP connectivity. Videos with HDR look just amazing.
I have the costco version and its AMAZING! Gonna be grabbing another one for a dual 32 inch setup later today now that I have my dual arm that supports 32 inch's weight mounted and gtg. :)
IM planning to get one from Ebay $160 yopu think its worth it do you see a difference in quality refresh? i have a 1080p 27 inch curved 60hz samsung monitor i dont know if it will such a big difference...
@baltaorel there is a MASSIVE difference, I just went from a 1080p 32 inch 60hz tv, to this 1440p 31 inch 165hz monitor, so it's definitely worth the money, easy to setup and start gaming and love the resolution difference from 1080p to 1440p
regarding HDR, it has to be calibrated within windows. if on windows 10/11, you have to download and install the microsoft HDR calibration tool. it GREATLY improved this exact panel i am using. also, there is a slider in the display settings to adjust the overall brightness of the HDR monitor while displaying SDR content
The calibration tool unfortunately can't increase the maximum nits this panel can show. The brightness slider simply dims from max brightness (mediocre, detail lost in the darkness) to dim. The HDR calibration tool can adjust aspects of HDR but unfortunately can't increase the maximum nits of this panel. The max panel brightness is 100 nits less than similar MSRP models, though this panel is on sale frequently. Please subscribe!
Why the does no one produce monitors bigger than 32 inch which are not ultra wide? I am looking for a monitor of at least 34 inch minimum and 38 inch maximum which is NOT ultra wide. I am now on a 27 inch 2k one. And going from 27 to 32 inch would not make much difference in what i am used to. I'd rather go to at least 34 inch with no ultra wide and preferably at least 165 hz.
Recently I realized that 32" is really the biggest I want to see for a 4K monitor, and I'd like 1440p monitors more at 27", but the 27" 1440p mons on the market tend to have poor brightness (nits) at this size. 32" seems to be the crucial size. Years back I used a 43“ 1080p for a PC monitor but you can see the individual pixels... We tested out a Gigabyte 48" 4K and it was beautiful but got in the way of everything. 😂
The Omen 27i has DCI-P3 coverage as well as 350nit brightness, hopefully true brightness. With pretty much the same specs, the Omen also has upstream USB 3.0. So if you're enjoying the Omen, that may be the better pick. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
@@Techspin Hi!, I'm using a brand new display port so thatshouldnt be the problem, it never happens when I'm playing games, it only happens while watching streams on twitch or youtube videos or certain softwares, but the drivers are new also and work perfectly on AAA videogames.
Might be a mis-seated graphics card? I'd try removing/reinstalling it, but that may not be the issue. Possibly a driver issue... or a power supply issue...? On that note, make sure your GPU has separate lines running from the PSU to each connector, you can't use the pigtail. If it only works without blanking when you're not playing media... I'm thinking trying to swap in a different cable or monitor (of the same resolution and hopefully Hz) to eliminate the cause. Hope you can figure this one out, sounds a bit challenging.
Bought this from Walmart for $188 I’m a lil disappointed finding out it’s 4ms when on 165hz when it says 1ms on the box. It’s too late to return it to I’ve had for 45 days
Sorry to hear it man. Yeah, always check reviews first, Rtings.com is great but they recently switched to a 10-free article model. Hope it still works out for ya, and please subscribe!
Answered in video: ruclips.net/video/e5srJxATxI4/видео.html So usually picture options being locked out happens when you enable HDR, and this monitor technically accepts HDR, but is dark, as we noted in the review. So you'll need to turn off HDR. HDR still causes me problems too, I was watching "The Continental: John Wick" on my Samsung TV and it was barely visible. With no options to disable HDR in either the player or the TV, I had to use a PC to watch it. HDR is okay on an HDR400 rated display, better on HDR600 and great on a HDR1000 display. If you want HDR, you'll need to budget more for that.
Just picked this up on sale at Walmart for 209 I already had the 27” and wanted a 2nd monitor, I love the built in crosshair from lg. and the quality and everything has been great. I wouldn’t pay 350 US but for what I got these for I won’t complain at all
That's why I'm here watching this video, I'm thinking about getting one. I also have the 27" and am thinking about jumping up to 32". Walmart has them on sale next week for 170.
Feels like my pick for next monitor. I have lg 34UM88C right now what is dying and not much money for buying something premium. Mostly for gaming and sometimes making art. Thank you!
The 34UM88 initially released Jan 2016, but saw a review as recent as Jul 2022, so you've had this monitor for between 3 to 7 years? Weird that it's dying so soon... maybe try a new video cable, or try a different type of connection to see if the port has issues... or it might be the port on your PC/laptop has a little damage. But if it's the monitor, this isn't a bad choice, on mine right now to respond actually. Wish you luck! Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
@Techspin Well. It is my fault. It has backlight problem, what I coused by accident and from it sometimes works and sometimes half screen is dark. Plus I actually got bad prodect from the start like with a dead pixel and monitor feels blurry (i have shaprening at max to fix it) I was too lazy to return it. 😅 And I kinda wish an upgrade from 60 fps gaming.
@GrungeVeins I'm picking mine up today for the same price from walmart and can get back with you. I got this instead of a tv to use for my xbox series x. Hoping it works fine.
@AslMahd honestly, it's amazing! It's plenty bright even with my lights on in my room and its easy to install. Just have to be careful with the screen. For the price, you can't get a better monitor or tv. I did abunch of research before buying. It has the same ratio as a normal 32 inch tv so that's nice. It has a clearer and better picture at 1440p than my old 4k tv did. I'm extremely happy. At Walmart you can get it for 188. I use affirm and am making 33 dollar payments for it monthly and you get accepted or denied instantly. If you do, you can pick it up that day even tho it's not payed off completely. Just make sure to make your payments on time, and the APR for payments is a $20 dollar charge overall. So it will be about 210 instead of 188. But making payments monthly that's not bad. I got Pebble speakers from Amazon for like 20 bucks a few years ago, hooked them up to this new monitor and the sound is great!
We don't have XBox to test unfortunately. However, google search seems to confirm it will run at 1440p 120Hz for both Series S and Series X... please subscribe! www.reddit.com/r/Monitors/comments/mtjtsz/new_lg_32gn600b_resolution_issues_with_hdr_on/

I am considering buying this monitor but I'm running into some confusion. On amazon someone asked if it had g-sync and someone answered that you could turn it on from the menu. One review says that it is g-sync compatible but another says it isn't. Does anyone know if it is?
Can confirm this monitor is G-sync compatible with the latest Nvidia drivers. Not sure if there's a menu setting for it; Windows just detects it is once you've done the Nvidia driver update. Hope this helps. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
Very unlikely as most new laptops that could support 165Hz will have DisplayPort, or higher-end, Type C supporting DisplayPort Alt mode. See if any friends have an adapter they can lend you for testing. Good luck!
In the TLDR we say there's no speakers. So maybe try watching the video next time? You can hook up external speakers to the monitor to hear sound. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!

It really depends on how much you notice ghosting, for me I actually don't notice it that much, but I guess it depends on the monitor. Happy it worked out for you!
Answered in video: ruclips.net/video/e5srJxATxI4/видео.html Probably for console gaming, this depends on whether the console supports this monitor's native 1440p or lowered 1080p resolution for high-refresh rates. There's also the issue of PC video timing versus TV video timing which is not the same, meaning some monitors, like the Gigabyte G34WQC-A ultrawide, don't work with PS4. Always check console compatibility in reviews before you buy. For PC, you'd right-click on an empty desktop spot, click Display Settings and scroll down to Related Settings and click Advanced display. In the drop down box you can choose a refresh rate and Keep Changes. With HDMI or an old cable you may get a black screen, check out our 3 Mistakes to avoid with HDMI video for more help.
It's a dim panel, so it's rated for what we posted in the video. You'll need to check comments, as we don't test for Playstation (no time unfortunately)
rtings.com can give you some ideas, but generally to properly calibrate, I think consumers have to invest in equipment....? I need to research this more
I bought this monitor but I’m about to return it because I can’t stand the ghosting. My dark games (Diablo 2, Elden Ring) look like a blurry mess. Am I doing something wrong?
First you need to check that your resolution is set to 1440p. Next if you're not getting 165Hz, use a DisplayPort cable. In the Quick summary, we talk about the setting to minimize ghosting. Finally, some in-game graphics settings can add blur effects, perhaps this is what you're seeing? Hope this helps. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
HDMI ARC or the Audio Return Channel is used to communicate to either an AVR or soundbar, in the home theater space, but this is a PC monitor, so no. There may be some high end crossover type monitors with this functionality, but it would be the outlier, and not the norm. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
Is this monitor still worth buying its on sale right now for $160 usd and I’m thinking about getting it the only problem is I keep seeing people talk about how bad the brightness is
Yes just don't expect to use HDR. It's also not great for wall mounting as the connectors stick straight out the back of the panel. Otherwise, it's fine for a VA panel. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
Im not very knowledgeable in monitors, but I've used a 1080p 75hz monitor for like 4 years now, I just purchased this monitor cause its at 200$ right now cause of black friday deals. When i compare my old and new monitors, then new one seems very...dim? Like its not a bright in general and reds look pink, is this normal?
Check the nits (also called cm/m2) your old monitor can put out- this one does 300 with SDR content, not 350. Connected with HDMI? The monitor may be set to limited range 16-235 instead of full range 0-255. This only affects HDMI; the easiest solution or alternate test is hookup with a DisplayPort cable. And you may need to check color temputature, may set to Cool? Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
Im using SDR, it was one of the reasons i found it dim at first b4 commenting here, then i found out that's after turning off HDR the brightness drops to 50%, So i had to up it to 100% again, I got the brightness pretty good now but colors still seem a little weird, changed it to 0-255, thank you for your help. It adleast seems a lot better then it was previously.
@@bluemagic3102 I have both. The odyssey g7 curved and this ultra gear. The odyssey is leagues better. Deeper blacks, much more vibrant colors, and less ghosting/artifacts. This monitor is good and very fast/responsive but still does not compare to the odyssey G7.
We tell you in the review what the best config is-setting for least ghosting. If you need color calibration, every monitor is slightly different, even the same model, but you can check rtings.com and see what they have. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
That's because it's a computer monitor and not a TV. Game consoles use TV HDMI timings which are very slightly different than PC HDMI timings. You'd think a PS5 should be able to hit different resolutions but let's not forget when PS4 allowed switching from 1080p to 4K that was a big deal. 😅
Monitors are meant to be used with PCs, so they rely on the PC to send a 'sleep' signal. If you're using with other devices, it may not function like you'd expect. But what are you using it with?
A lot of monitors have a game cross hairs function which turns off, though not sure is sleep mode qualifies... Apart from that hope the screen is good for ya. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
I just got a LG UltraGear 32GN600-B - LED-Monitor - QHD - 80 cm (32") and i cant run 1440p or 2560 resolution because max supported is full hd 1920 by 1080. I have pentium g3240 with integrated graphics...should i upgrade to i3 or get a new graphics card just enough to run this resolution so that i can do multimedia stuff and not into gaming much..
Your Pentium g3240, released 2014, supports HDMI max resolution of 1920x1080@60Hz, DisplayPort 2560x1600@60Hz, and since 1440p is 2560x1440 this should work. However the motherboard needs to have DisplayPort onboard, but many boards didn't have this, only VGA/DVI/HDMI at that point. So probably an upgrade is needed. You could grab a i3-12100 and a MSI PRO H610M-G for example, that mobo has HDMI and DisplayPort so a bit of future proofing there, along with a huge speed boost by moving to a M.2 SSD for your windows drive. Total cost for CPU, board and M.2 around $300 or so. And the i3-12100 is roughly on par with an old top of the line 7700K, so you'll notice a huge leap in performance in applications. One note: Don't grab the i3-12100F, as it lacks an onboard iGPU. Please subscribe!
@@Techspin thanks for the detailed answer yes my motherboaed doesn't have a display port... Is DP better than Hdmi...I don't do gaming just video editing n conversion and primarily I do multimedia content... Also I was thinking of returning back the monitor and going for 27 inches since that's the sweet spot for 2k resolution.. Ppi of 108 Vs 93 in a 32 inch... Also I was figuring out Amd Ryzen cheaper than Intel and more performance oriented I am told.. And i wouldn't need a graphics card as onboard graphics is quite powerful. i have no idea never looked at AMD before but have heard good things about them for now and also price to performance factor. What do you suggest ??
DP can often deliver higher resolution or Hz at a given generation. 27" might work better for you if you like higher DPI. The reason we don't recommend AMD is that their CPUs generally don't have onboard graphics, no iGPU. There are some that do, but none of the mainstream ones, ie, easy to purchase/the models most consumers will be looking at, don't. And for a budget build, nothing beats the i3-12100 currently, make sure you get a board with DDR4 not DDR5. Because your use-case is for multimedia, the greatest gain will be a CPU/mobo upgrade, so even though a second hand GPU would solve the problem for now, the money spent on this would be better invested in upgrading your 8 year old CPU/mobo combo to current gen. Depends on what deals you can find in the second hand market in your area, but again, looking to the future and your use-case, a new i3-12100 is the way to go.
@@Techspin Any particular reason for Ddr4 n not Ddr5..? Yeah ill try to get that even though 13th gen has been announced and going on sale soon.. I just need a good enough pc to last another 7-8 years .. 16 gb ddr4 or 32 gb ddr4 should suffice.. I'll get a 2k 27 inch monitor for multimedia consumption.. Should I get windows 11 on this or 10 pro.. Lastly i have two Hdds of 1 tb each.. I think ill l get a Ssd 250 gb just for system files and windows and data in hard drives ...
DDR4 is still nearly half the cost as DDR5 for the same capacity, with very minimal real world benefits from the speed increase. Win 11. Advise 500GB min for M.2 drive... if you install programs or games, they load faster off the M.2.

As we've mentioned before on the channel, HDR on Windows is still buggy and often doesn't work well. HDR does demand a higher output from your GPU though, so that could be contributing to these delay glitches, especially running at 165Hz which is over double the GPU power needed for 60Hz. There may be issues as windows tried to display HDR content also. Wishing you luck with troubleshooting. Please subscribe!

You need to make sure the unit has enough ventilation, so if it's in an enclosure or you have a towel or something sitting on top blocking vents, you need to remove that. A fan blowing over the area will help to move hot air away too. I'd probably go with your gut feeling if you've noticed your monitor is getting too hot, something may be wrong there. Usually we don't notice heat coming off a monitor so that may be a sign...
@@Techspin no i dont use any towel or anything on monitor why will i , yes heat is coming a lot on bottom-side, amazon finally agreed for the replacement lets see the new monitor in 7 days and will update here too. thanks , also can u guide us a setting for hdr movies and for normal pc usage , can u make a video on the same
This is measuring the black screen border and bezel together. A few years back we noticed some monitor manufacturers were claiming a product had an "ultra thin bezel" while not counting the large black screen border. While this might be fine for a single monitor setup, dual or multi monitor setups are becoming common for gaming and productivity. So if you're buying dual monitors, you need to know the exact gap between the two monitors. This would be pixel to air x2. So shoppers can get an accurate idea of how seamless their desktop would look. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
Got it a week ago. It's a little disappointing. The main issue is brightness - you have to set it to 100%, but it's still too low however you set it up. HDR is unusable because the black levels are so saturated that it has no differentiation between shades. On the plus side: 165 refresh rate works perfectly, and freesync works perfectly also. Looks like they put a lower-class panel into a higher-class chasis/control module - the screen itself is the drawback. Get it cheap if you have to get it.
Yeah, need a bigger budget and more staff for that, I'm afraid. As we expand, we may be able to handle model variants more... nice suggestion though. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!

Yeah both things we noted in the review heh. Hope it still works well for ya. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!

But HDR can be difficult to get working properly on the best day. regarding HDR, it has to be calibrated within windows. if on windows 10/11, you have to download and install the microsoft HDR calibration tool. it GREATLY improved this exact panel i am using. also, there is a slider in the display settings to adjust the overall brightness of the HDR monitor while displaying SDR content

'Im getting random black screens that last 3 seconds and all my drivers are up tu date, is anyone having the same problem with the monitor?
Sounds like a damaged cable perhaps. Use DisplayPort to get the max Hz from your monitor.

I can’t get all of the picture options on my monitor. It’s so dark. Help!!
Answered in video: ruclips.net/video/e5srJxATxI4/видео.html
So usually picture options being locked out happens when you enable HDR, and this monitor technically accepts HDR, but is dark, as we noted in the review.

How do i change the monitor from 60hz to 120hz??? Please help
Answered in video: ruclips.net/video/e5srJxATxI4/видео.html
Probably for console gaming, this depends on whether the console supports this monitor's native 1440p or lowered 1080p resolution for high-refresh rates.

So i looked it up, my old monitor has 250 nits so not entirely sure. I got it a little brighter but its still not a bright but thank you very much
You using it for SDR, not HDR right? HDR darkens the screen as we detailed in the review.
I already got the odyssey’s g7 but saw that Walmart is selling this monitor for $200, very tempted to get it as a secondary monitor for my pc set up.
I saw the sell thats the only reason why I searched it up
Yeah it's a great deal for the price, just with a couple of tiny issues noted in our TLDR. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
odyssey over lg which one better ?
Heard good reports of the Samsung Odyssey panels so far
@@bluemagic3102
I have both. The odyssey g7 curved and this ultra gear. The odyssey is leagues better. Deeper blacks, much more vibrant colors, and less ghosting/artifacts. This monitor is good and very fast/responsive but still does not compare to the odyssey G7.
Does anyone have the best config for this monitor? Just bought it for my PC and I am trying to dial it in.
We tell you in the review what the best config is-setting for least ghosting. If you need color calibration, every monitor is slightly different, even the same model, but you can check rtings.com and see what they have. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
I got the non b freesync version it would have been great for pc but it’s pretty basic for ps5 except I can’t get 1440p 120hz to work 😢
That's because it's a computer monitor and not a TV. Game consoles use TV HDMI timings which are very slightly different than PC HDMI timings. You'd think a PS5 should be able to hit different resolutions but let's not forget when PS4 allowed switching from 1080p to 4K that was a big deal. 😅
@@Techspin I finally got it working lol games look sharper at native 1440p 1080p and 4k upscaled looked blurry
@brianbanks5679 There ya go
How do you save the setting, I have to turn on 1MS MBR, and the red dot every time I turn it back on?
Monitors are meant to be used with PCs, so they rely on the PC to send a 'sleep' signal. If you're using with other devices, it may not function like you'd expect. But what are you using it with?
@@Techspin I have it hooked up to a PS5, I shut them both down at the end of the day.
A lot of monitors have a game cross hairs function which turns off, though not sure is sleep mode qualifies... Apart from that hope the screen is good for ya. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
@@Techspin thanks for getting back to me! Just subbed and liked the video, thanks again.
Thanks!
works with gsync?
G-Sync is reported to work over DisplayPort only. Please subscribe!
Can you recommend me a monitor for ps5 gaming. 1440p
This one, or the Gigabyte G32QC-A we reviewed here ruclips.net/video/w2c2gvcAd-8/видео.html **Note the widescreen version, G34WQC(A) does NOT support PS5, so be careful. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
Hi.
This monitor set 1920x1080 165hz or 144hz?
Did... you watch the video? We show it first in the title at 0:13 and throughout the video mention the spec. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
checking your video i have bought 32gn600 version , wanted to ask
when i open a hdr movie or when we close the movie, the screen freezes for 2 to 3 sec i mean mouse wont show a movement, n i can feel stuck screen, is that nomral today is my my first day though for the monitor,
also not just this,
i have kept monitor turn off at 5 min , when monitor on after i move my mouse same issue screen freezes for same 2 to 3 sec and then works all good
using with an amd ryzen 5900x 1660 super at 165 on dp , pls suggest if i should take replacement
@@Techspin i have a weird issue no idea pls guide sir , va panel lower down side towards the plastic on which lg logo is there , i feel it warms after some hrs usage , 3 hrs , if i keep brightness at 100% , is that a defect or normal , my ips panel doesnt get warm i do have a 27 inch ips same lg , this 32gn600 getting warm
@@Techspin no i dont use any towel or anything on monitor why will i , yes heat is coming a lot on bottom-side, amazon finally agreed for the replacement lets see the new monitor in 7 days and will update here too. thanks , also can u guide us a setting for hdr movies and for normal pc usage , can u make a video on the same
Thanks for the very detailed review. Could you (or someone) clarify what measurement 'pixel-to-air' refers to? Couldn't find anything about it.
Would a msi optix mag322cqrv be better then this ? Or is the lg better ?
Both about the same for luminosity at 300 nits, this LG is slightly faster at 165Hz. Mixed bag here...
Does the monitor have a blue light filter?
It has a reader mode which should cut blue light to make it easier on the eyes. Please subscribe!
Thanks for reading the spec sheet...
And testing! You forgot testing. Cause we didn't, and it took a lot of time. 😉 Please subscribe, thanks for your support and sarcasm!
Is it hdmi 2.0 or 2.1?
The panel delivers 165 hertz well over DisplayPort, and 144 over HDMI 2.0 connection with no issues. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
should you enable the hdr or just keep it off
Well, the HDR implementation is pretty crap, as we outlined in the review. Did you try it? And please subscribe!
Would love the same video for the IPS variant 32gn600
Yeah, need a bigger budget and more staff for that, I'm afraid. As we expand, we may be able to handle model variants more... nice suggestion though. Please subscribe, thanks for your support!
I bought this for my 3080ti and Ryzen 5950x. Do I need a special display port I need to use to get the 165hz? Also, do you recommend any specific settings when using the PC?
