I really wanted to build a custom LEGO Heavy Haulage trailer with self steering functionality, and when I got done with that, I had to finish what I had started, and thus this resulted.

Any way you could make a video showing the pieces needed and how to make a semi truck with trailer or a pick up truck with trailer. Always wanted to make one but I can’t make something like that without instructions

I'm sorry, but the sheer amount of time it takes to make video's like that just aren't viable for me! You could try taking a look around online to see if someone has made something you like. Alternatively, you could pair a semi LEGO has made for City with another trailer and pair them together. You can find instructions for those sets either on BrickSet or LEGO Customer Services.

The video should show enough detail if you pause it. It's basically a standard city axle and tires attached to hinges (standard plate hinges) with the hinges attached to the frame of the truck and the frame having a small enough of a cutout to retract up off the road surface.
