Did you go off of like a freight liner m2?

I am not sure exactly what light-duty semi I saw when I got the inspiration, but given how common the M2 is there is a good chance that it may have been one.

That is an awesome build. Im trying to figure out as to how you made the front axle "steerable" as i would love to do the same thing with my created semis. Your "gooseneck" 5th wheeled hitch flatbed is aweeome. The front section of the trailer that came apart on ya can always be built stronger.
Can you please show us how your built the steering axle on the semi truck tractor? thankyou for the video. Take care.

I sure can. I may even do a video at some point showing different minifig scale steering solutions when I can find some time!

How did you turn the tires

Rims with technic pin holes were used, with 1-1/4 technic pins inserted in them. Then tap elements were stuck into the pins, with 1x1 modified plate with vertical clips attached to the taps, forming the hinge point. Then the modified plates were secured into the frame of the vehicle.
      Parts:
Rim (Can swap for any small rim with a technic pin hole): www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=42610#T=P)
