Upgrading the ram might be the best option there, 8gb for fortnite is just not enough anymore, with 16gb your fps and 1% lows will improve a lot, even the loading times will improve.
the ram is not going to help much in the end, this gaming laptop is far worse than a PS5 lol. a PS5 runs on a RX 6700 16gb with a 8 core 16 threads CPU from AMD( 3700x )
Indeed, your proposition seems to be grounded in sound technological reasoning. Elevating the RAM capacity to 16GB from the current 8GB configuration for the context of running Fortnite appears to be a judicious course of action. In the dynamic realm of contemporary gaming, the exigencies of memory consumption have surged beyond the confines of what an 8GB allocation can effectively manage. By transcending this limitation and embracing a more capacious 16GB framework, one can reasonably anticipate an appreciable amelioration across several performance metrics. The augmentation in RAM quantum not only stands poised to elevate average frames per second (FPS), thus rendering a smoother and more immersive gameplay experience, but it also holds the potential to bestow pronounced enhancements upon the elusive 1% lows. These momentary troughs in performance, notorious for disrupting fluidity, can be mitigated to a noteworthy extent through a bolstered RAM infrastructure. Moreover, the temporal fabric of loading times, often perceived as a vexing impediment to seamless gameplay, stands predisposed to refinement via the orchestration of additional memory resources. In summation, your recommendation to heighten the RAM capacity from 8GB to 16GB for the optimal execution of Fortnite is underscored by cogent logic and an appreciation for the symbiotic nexus between computational resources and gaming performance. It is incumbent upon the prudent player to recognize the evolving landscape of gaming hardware requirements and to adapt their technological arsenal accordingly. Your counsel, rooted in this sagacious comprehension, is indeed commendable.

That 8gb single channel ram was hurting you more than the gpu in the larger modes. Adding another 8gb stick and running 16gb dual channel would have made a very big difference
With the load times it can’t really be the cpu more likely the storage. The new consoles have super fast storage but this laptop might just have a sata ssd which are still decently quick but not as fast as m.2
Might actually buy this. I am not always home so a laptop like this might actually be good enough for me! Especially since I don't play games like CoD or GTA or any games with good graphics this laptop might be perfect for me! Thanks.
try the dx11 or dx12 as the performance mode is bounded by the cpu not the gpu so u might actually get better frames using dx11 or dx 12 (if u want to be cpu bound use performance mode, if u want to be gpu bound use dx11 or dx12).
Tdlr, if console manufacturers weren't so deadset on every game on their console being at the best possible graphics, the ps5 and xsx could definitely hit 300+ frames per second consistently on low settings. And they could also definitely add an option for a higher refresh rate than 120.

2 ho victus
3 asus tuf f15
U can get some at almost 550
did you do any tweaks?
see its good, but in a month or so you will expierience frame drops which mess up your game completely. controller doesn't drop.
Got a $2500 pc with a 240 hz monitor about 3 years ago. Best decision of my life and still has no issues.
@slite could you do a short video on your astro controller settings ? I saw you have changed your stick drifts ?
the loading time is because of the storage. PS4s had a hdd and ps5 has ssd and the loading time difference is crazy
if u increase the ram to 16 gb or 32 if possible then the fps drops will become less of a problem but the load time if probably the SSD's fault
The reason for framedrops is the laptop 2050. Even a desktop 3070 has trouble with this game sometimes, so why would a weaker, smaller gpu not have those same issues?
To be fair that model of AUS tuf is know to thermal throttle possibly why it failed to be consistent
Play on the most expensive gaming laptop for your next video.

Why does bro look like carter's spiritual successor
Yo slite have you optimised your pc? My pc has really bad input delay and I don’t know why, btw I have done things like settings my refresh rate and vsync off and all those things
optimize windows settings and bios
you need to download the nvidia drivers for better fps
That 8gb single channel ram was hurting you more than the gpu in the larger modes. Adding another 8gb stick and running 16gb dual channel would have made a very big difference
The fact is that ps5 runs max graphics. If it could run low settings like pc it would be stable 240 fps in game
This video should be titled "Comparing PC with Console" 😂
Him: 120 isn’t that good
Me: with like 40-50fps and well… decent graphics and frame drops (sometimes)… I’m ok with it
With the load times it can’t really be the cpu more likely the storage. The new consoles have super fast storage but this laptop might just have a sata ssd which are still decently quick but not as fast as m.2
POV:me just playing on my chromebook 😁
the portal music at the start was lengendary
this man is so underrated bro
load times are slow if you have slow storage like a hdd, use a ssd for faster loading times
Next gen consoles are running super fast M.2 drives while your laptop might have a hard drive or a ssd explaining the long load times
fax🗣️💯💯🔥🔥
Might actually buy this. I am not always home so a laptop like this might actually be good enough for me! Especially since I don't play games like CoD or GTA or any games with good graphics this laptop might be perfect for me! Thanks.
That's why I want to build my pc but not just for games
no cap this is actually the laptop im typing on rn and i think that its not bad for a laptop
"144 fps should be a requirement" as a nintendo switch player i couldnt agree more
when bro said 120 fps suck i legit felt like kms 😔
you have to change your hard drive to SSD for faster loading
Bro I didn't even know the RTX 2050 existed.
try the dx11 or dx12 as the performance mode is bounded by the cpu not the gpu so u might actually get better frames using dx11 or dx 12 (if u want to be cpu bound use performance mode, if u want to be gpu bound use dx11 or dx12).
You got an RTX, I'm chilling with my 1660TI that I force to play Cyberpunk at 1440p on. You gunna be alright.
make a video optimizing the laptop to boost its performance as much as possible
I like to practice on every fps
It helps with playing during an fps drop
If you upgrade the ram is gonna be crazy and if you optimized it its gonna get 360fps
what is rashford doing 💀
Im getting one with the rtx4050,11gen i7,16gb ram and 512gb ssd. I can’t wait because my xbox one is so slow because I’ve had it since late 2014
It was probably the ram
Wait a minute, that’s the laptop I use
about your loading screen being slow I believe that comes from your ssd. just to let you know I'm positive about that.
Tdlr, if console manufacturers weren't so deadset on every game on their console being at the best possible graphics, the ps5 and xsx could definitely hit 300+ frames per second consistently on low settings. And they could also definitely add an option for a higher refresh rate than 120.
loading times could be bad because of the ssd in that laptop, you do have a second m.2 slot in it so you can buy a faster, better and more reliable ssd for fortnite (install the game on the faster ssd that is)
