Steel strength 2900 kg താങ്ങാനുള്ള ബലം ഉണ്ട് എന്നാൽ fgc ക്ക് 2200kg ബലം ഉള്ളു
ഈ മെറ്റീരിയൽ തന്നെ നെട്ടും ബോൾട്ടും കൊടുത്താൽ പോരെ 👌
ഇതിൻ്റെ ജോയിൻ‌റ്കൾ എങ്ങനെ ശരിയാക്കും
The price of the Shinestar FGC sections are +20% higher than Tata Structure GI products. Compared to steel it should cheaper.. for example:
Tata Steel Structura Rectangular Hollow Section 122mm x 61mm x 2.9mm = ₹3880/pc
Shinestar FGC Rectangle Tube 120mm x 60mm x 5mm = ₹7299/pc
Also have to consider the cost of SS nuts,bolts, washers and L profile for joins.
Comparing with 5mm . Obviously it would be costly. Thickness is almost double.

You are comparing 2.9mm and 5mm . It would be higher only because thickness is almost double.
If you compare same thickness, GI and FGC would be same.
