I’ve heard so many Dr’s say Chlorella is not good for you. I ordered it once & it came with a warning label on the bag.
I just threw it away ( trash )
I hear most frequently to use Zeolite. Which is what I am trying now.
I didn’t find a warning label on its packaging.
Chlorella is generally safe but can cause reactions in some people, which might be why it had a warning label. What about the part where chlorella and cilantro are weak binders compared to something like charcoal, which means they can pull them out of the tissues but not necessarily toward elimination, circulating them in the blood more?

Infrared sauna with a digestive gel mixed in water worked best for me. I tried cilantro and chlorella but they stirred up the metals but did not move/push them out of my system

Edit: take it before or during or after. I do half before and half during. Find what works for you. Remember to quickly cold shower after the Sauna and wipe down the sweat throughout because toxins in the body can re-absorb.

@@laylahahmad6468 its another binder. It helps bind the metals and push them out of your body. Some use activated charcoal or chlorella but I find this to be more effective and can feel the difference.
I did the cilantro and chlorella and it fucked me up pretty bad.

While it can be somewhat effective, its role is limited, as metals have a stronger affinity for natural chelators like chlorella.
I think chlorella can be very dangerous if you have bad detox pathways wich is usually the case in mercury toxic people

@@jorgesmith911 chlorella can cause a lot of redistribution because it doesn't bind very strong to heavy metals, it's probably safer to use ALA using the Andy Cutler method, or OSR also called NBMI, i would be careful with DMSA because it made me worse from redistribution.
No chelation is without risks and it's good to work with an expert when doing it, most functional medicine practitioners don't know how to do it's safely tho so it's hard to find someone that are actually knowledgable, chelation didn't work so well for me it gave me terrible adrenal fatigue even at tiny doses so now i am starting a mineral balancing program with a practitioners instead to detox heavy metals

What to do, if i used to suffer from anemia, but then got iron infusion so my ferritin got about 200 (this was year ago). Then i took chlorella to detox and my ferritin become like 220.... So i cant eat chlorella so my ferritin wont get too high :/ other than that i liked it...
As a functional medicine doctor, you should be warning patients that this can be dangerous if not done in conjunction with some professional oversight. Also, people on medication should definitely NOT do this without help from a knowledgeable provider. Detoxification will affect any medication you take simultaneously.
My hair analysis results stated that I had 100% more aluminum in my body than the average person! 😮 I’m now taking Zeolite. Hopefully that will help!

I used EDTA and it worked the same day. I had no improvements with vitamin C, cilantro or chlorella. However, I was an extreme case with a medical device leeching heavy metals into my body for 16 years.

Must be the diet and water intake. Arsenic from water so get a reverse osmosis filter. Mercury from fish mainly so avoid. it can come from other foods if not organic so eat everything organic. Also exercise, sauna, and liver health to help get bad stuff out. Hope you feel better

Does this still work if you still have a few amalgam(metal) fillings in your mouth? I recently got 3 replaced with white fillings and on one of the trips to the dentist when 2 teeth were replaced together I have been having severe pain and sensitivity in one molar which is leaving me exhausted, waking me at night with pain, flaring up physcotic symptoms the list goes on and now im afraid to continue with the few fillings I have left to replace incase it will happen again. The body needs several heavy metals in large or tiny amounts
